I said there was a rule, and then you and Tabs intimated that you did not know what it was, so i clarified.
Unless I mentioned it earlier or elsewhere, because I do let people know it is not something that ought to be done.
Which in and of itself, does not prevent people from doing that very thing.
In fact, I have known cases where people come back multiple times after being banned.
They get banned, come back. Get banned again. Come back again. Rinse. Repeat.
Ad nauseum...

Yeah but they last almost forever
LIFETIME GUARANTEE!
That reminds me of my first pair of sandals I bought while in highschool. There was a shoe store downtown that sold Italian sandles with tire tread soles. I probably got 20,000 miles out of them before having them recapped.
