Matthew 25:13-30 Watch Therefore, for ye know not the day nor the hour

13 Watch therefore, for ye know not the day nor the hour.

This is really incredible. There are Bible teachers who say you don't need to watch because no one knows the day or the hour, yet the context of this verse is that this is precisely why we do need to watch.

14 For it is as when a man, going into another country, called his own servants, and delivered unto them his goods. 15 And unto one he gave five talents, to another two, to another one; to each according to his several ability; and he went on his journey.

Again, He is telling us about the rapture, but from a different angle. Jesus has delivered the word to us, His spirit to us, the church and the saints to us. It is our job to build up the heavenly economy while He is gone. The rapture is the one festival that occurs when the Lord returns from a long journey. You can view the two years spent building the house as a long journey or you can view this example, either way the rapture is after the Lord returns from a long journey. There is only one festival in the Old Testament that is specifically for a man who returns from a long journey, that is the second Passover.

16 Straightway he that received the five talents went and traded with them, and made other five talents. 17 In like manner he also that received the two gained other two. 18 But he that received the one went away and digged in the earth, and hid his lord’s money.

Again, many of us are nervous about the Lord’s coming, will He be happy with what I have done. Did you hide your talent? He is not going to be happy about that. But just because you aren’t some “great evangelist” doesn’t mean you haven’t invested your talent. He seems quite happy with everyone who did invest, it is just the guy who hid the talent that He is not happy with. This sounds like the kid who always gets his lunch money stolen by the bully so he hides the money rather than stand up to the Bully. At the end of the age we are supposed to take a stand to prevent our house from being broken into, a stand against the bully.

19 Now after a long time the lord of those servants cometh, and maketh a reckoning with them. 20 And he that received the five talents came and brought other five talents, saying, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me five talents: lo, I have gained other five talents. 21 His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will set thee over many things; enter thou into the joy of thy lord. 22 And he also that received the two talents came and said, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me two talents: lo, I have gained other two talents. 23 His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will set thee over many things; enter thou into the joy of thy lord.

Enter into the joy of the Lord. The Lord’s return is joyful for some. I tell all my students that the exam is “an opportunity for them to shine”. It is a running joke with foolish virgins that people hate exams, it isn’t true. I have students who get 100 on exams, they don’t hate them. This is also another way of looking at filling your vessel with oil. He gave them talents according to their ability like giving them oil according to the size of the vessel.

24 And he also that had received the one talent came and said, Lord, I knew thee that thou art a hard man, reaping where thou didst not sow, and gathering where thou didst not scatter; 25 and I was afraid, and went away and hid thy talent in the earth: lo, thou hast thine own.

Quick question, this doesn’t seem to be my experience, I have had times when I felt I should speak but didn’t. I have had experiences where I was afraid to share my experience. Never once was it because I thought “oh the Lord is a hard man reaping where He doesn’t sow”. Either this guy is very different from me, or else he isn’t being honest. I suspect he fashioned what he thought would be a clever explanation for why he had done nothing as he saw all the other saints sharing their experiences. Bad strategy, lying to the Lord. If you were truly scared of the Lord you would be way too scared to lie. Better to be a "slothful" servant who is honest than one who is a liar.

26 But his lord answered and said unto him, Thou wicked and slothful servant, thou knewest that I reap where I sowed not, and gather where I did not scatter; 27 thou oughtest therefore to have put my money to the bankers, and at my coming I should have received back mine own with interest.

If he had simply done nothing he would have been slothful but not wicked. Fabricating a lie to justify his action indicates he was also wicked. Then the Lord hits the real objection, I was afraid of man. If you were afraid of man then share with the saints, they welcome all testimonies. I used to be a stock broker and you can do much better with wise investing in the market, but at the same time I can understand someone who is scared to do that. There are guaranteed investments with banks, easy peasy.

28 Take ye away therefore the talent from him, and give it unto him that hath the ten talents. 29 For unto every one that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that hath not, even that which he hath shall be taken away.

Wow, this guy thought he had nothing and yet what he did have the Lord and all the saints want. Too bad he didn’t appreciate what he had.

30 And cast ye out the unprofitable servant into the outer darkness: there shall be the weeping and the gnashing of teeth.

This is where it gets confusing. What does this mean? I suspect there have been a lot of erroneous theories posited on this. Things like purgatory and indulgences. All I know is if the Lord comes tomorrow and I am left out in the dark I will be weeping and gnashing my teeth. I’ll have 1,260 days to turn things around.

One final comment, the context of this story is that we need to watch for the Lord's coming, but he is comparing this to "watching for a final exam". It isn't sufficient to know when the exam is, you have to study, you have to prepare, you have to show up ready. Our entire Christian life is an opportunity to invest the Lord's talents and build up the Lord's economy and if you do that when He returns you will have a spiritual bank account that is full, a vessel full of oil. The true treasure on this earth is a word from God that is your experience. A real treasure is an experience of faith, hope and love. If you don't have that you will be ashamed at the Lord's coming.

Romans 1:1-20 -- Holding down the Truth in unrighteousness

1 Paul, a servant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated unto the gospel of God,

There are a lot of protestors claiming to be standing for righteousness. That is a worthy goal, but are you a servant of Jesus Christ? Are you separated to the gospel of God?

2 (Which he had promised afore by his prophets in the holy scriptures,)

The prophets have promised a kingdom in which righteousness dwells, they have promised that the wicked and evil men will be judged.

3 Concerning his Son Jesus Christ our Lord, which was made of the seed of David according to the flesh;

But the focus on all their words are on Jesus Christ, the Son of God.

4 And declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead:

The resurrection from the dead is what started the church age, it is what started the age of grace.

5 By whom we have received grace and apostleship, for obedience to the faith among all nations, for his name:

Again, where did you receive grace? What is the basis for your call to obedience of all the nations? Many of the protestors are demanding everyone obey them, but based on what? Do they have power over death?

6 Among whom are ye also the called of Jesus Christ:

Yes, it isn’t just Paul. We all have been called of Jesus Christ.

7 To all that be in Rome, beloved of God, called to be saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.

The gospel of grace brings peace from God our Father. Right now there are a lot of things happening that are causing people to be troubled in the world. But in Jesus Christ we have peace.

8 First, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for you all, that your faith is spoken of throughout the whole world.

Isn’t the internet, Youtube, and online forums awesome? Thank the Lord our faith is being spoken of throughout the whole world. I heard one guy say he posted a video about Russia and Ezekiel 38 and in two days 120k people in 90 countries had already watched it!

9 For God is my witness, whom I serve with my spirit in the gospel of his Son, that without ceasing I make mention of you always in my prayers; 10 Making request, if by any means now at length I might have a prosperous journey by the will of God to come unto you. 11 For I long to see you, that I may impart unto you some spiritual gift, to the end ye may be established; 12 That is, that I may be comforted together with you by the mutual faith both of you and me.

I see this in many of the testimonies on Youtube and on these forums. People are ministering what they have seen and heard so that others might be established and comforted.

13 Now I would not have you ignorant, brethren, that oftentimes I purposed to come unto you, (but was let hitherto,) that I might have some fruit among you also, even as among other Gentiles.

We aren’t ignorant, we know that there has been censorship, government lockdowns, and government persecution in many areas of the world. We used to think that censorship was only a problem in China and Russia and Iran and North Korea. But recently we are seeing widespread censorship everywhere including the US.

14 I am debtor both to the Greeks, and to the Barbarians; both to the wise, and to the unwise.

This is so true, you can pick up stuff from so many. I saw a video on the Beresheet prophecy, that was amazing. He shows how the entire story of the Bible is told in this one word which is the Hebrew word for beginning. So when God says “I told you the end from the beginning” it is truly a double entendre. Then I saw another testimony from a girl who literally knew nothing of the Bible, she didn’t even know about the rapture, yet she had a rapture dream that was very encouraging.

15 So, as much as in me is, I am ready to preach the gospel to you that are at Rome also. 16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. 17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.

All of these protests in the US prove that you need a revelation of the righteousness of God. It is a very narrow road and clearly there are few that find it.

18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;

Holding down the truth in unrighteousness is censorship. But notice the caveat that Paul doesn’t simply say it is holding down the truth, but that they do it in unrighteousness. You may feel that the truth is that Covid19 is a hoax. Your speech may be censored for that, yet holding down speech that is considered to create a health risk for others can be done in a way that is not unrighteous. No, an example of holding down the truth in unrighteousness is what the NFL did about the truth concerning CTE, the brain damage to people in the NFL. Another example is what Facebook, Twitter, ABC, NBC, CBS, New York Times, Washington Post and the AP are doing with the scandal concerning Hunter Biden’s emails. We are seeing the wrath of God revealed against what the NFL did, what the cigarette companies did, and what these media companies are doing. In my own experience I decided to retire when Deblasio mandated the vaccine for all teachers, the union explained there is a 3 week process that you must go through of attending three consultations first. However, they would not begin registering for them until the second week of school in September which begins September 20th and yet Deblasio's mandate is for September 27th. It is an attempt to hold down people from retiring in unrighteousness.

19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.

For 2,000 years the truth concerning Jesus has been suppressed.

20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:

The Shroud of Turin is an excellent example. This one artifact has undergone a more rigorous forensic examination than any other artifact in human history. Scientists involved in this process that were sure it was a fake have been convinced they were mistaken. One scientist said that they would have confirmed it’s authenticity years ago if not for the implication of that.

Thats funny, coming from a school teacher who fled NYC to the bramble patch of some remote region to avoid taking a jab. So funny, brother. Woof woof!
Thank you for giving me another opportunity to share God's word and the Lord's strategy.

The Lord said if they don't welcome you in this city then shake off the dust from your feet as a testimony against them and go to the next city. All believers need to remember who we are, we are ambassadors from the Kingdom of the heavens witnessing concerning Jesus Christ, King of Kings. This is not our home, we are only passing through.

Yes, NYC said that I could no longer work there nor go to restaurants or other businesses without getting an experimental vaccine which I didn't need since I had already had Covid. To me that is what the Lord said about not being welcome, so unlike Rhomphaeam I am a servant of the Lord and I listen to what the Lord tells me to do. Both myself and my wife lost our jobs as result of this mandate.

So we sold our house and left our jobs telling people why, as a testimony against this lawless mandate of an experimental vaccine in violation of the Nuremberg codes. But this was not just about me. I am a science teacher in the NYC public HS. I knew that if I took the vaccine others would use that to justify letting their kids take it. So in my resignation I made it clear that my leaving my job was the strongest thing I could do to say I was against mandating this for the kids.

We did move to SD a wonderful place with wonderful people that Rhomphaeam arrogantly refers to as a "bramble patch". What an arrogant and dismissive thing to say. I am now teaching here in SD and the kids are wonderful and every bit as much deserving of the gospel as those in Brooklyn where I was.

I was a missionary in Taiwan, in Texas, in NYC and now in SD. I have never considered any place as being better or more deserving of the gospel of Jesus Christ unlike the insulting language used by Rhomphaeam. I would also point out that i have been in major cities like NYC, Houston, and Taipei. I have also been in suburbs of Dallas, small rural towns in NH, small cities in Texas like Odessa, and now Sioux Falls which is much bigger than the smallest places I have been. I would also let all know that Jesus is faithful, He has taken care of us every step of the way.

That said I would warn all that Putin is not bluffing when he talks of going nuclear and that will not be only in the Ukraine, we will see these nukes worldwide, especially in the 8 biggest cities in the US.

But yes, I was in the rallies protesting the mandate, I was interviewed on TV, and guess what, all but a few of those at those rallies have folded. The strongest way to stand against these evil rulers is to stop paying taxes to them, undermine the housing market there and have some self respect. NYC has a shortage of certified teachers in my area, they cannot replace me with someone who is qualified. The same is true of my wife. Both of us needed master's degrees to be certified for our jobs and in areas that few people want to do. So this was the best way to stand against these slime balls, once again the Lord is the Lord and all the treasures of wisdom are hidden in Him.

In one of the prophecies they claim they have ruled the world for thousands of years and will destroy it rather than give it up. This indicates that what is happening now is the Christian church winning and causing these evil rulers to go scorched earth like what we saw in WWII

I didn't post into this thread, brother. I posted into another thread on Russia @#534 as the uplink demonstrates in this thread quote. I would appreciate it if you didn't put me into other threads unless their is a relevance to doing so. Thank you.

Summary of Ken Peters dream

1. “As soon as I fell asleep the dream began” — Ken Peters died August 14th, Kabul fell August 15th.

2. He then saw the dirt breaking open in many cemeteries. People were coming out of the graves. Seemed to be wearing a choir robe. Glistening robes. Brighter than the sun.

3. Mass hysteria hit the earth the minute these people disappeared. Mass chaos for the whole globe. Mass pandemonium — all media was shut down for about two weeks. He is very funny describing personal computers before he had any idea what a personal computer was. Great look of despair and hopelessness.

4. Explains that EMP could shut down all the telecommunications.

5. After two weeks the media was back online but was different presenting a man who spoke with great eloquence as the leader. Smooth, convincing, consummate communicator, able to solve all problems. He explains that those who were raptured were actually those who had been judged by God.

6. The message was new times upon us, the need to give up current citizenship for world citizenship. World order and benefits of all men living together in peace. Sounds great until you see the cost. New Order, World order, New times.

7. At staggering rates people were buying right into this plan this man was releasing into the airwaves. No resistance. Maybe there was censorship, don’t know.

8. He likened this to saying it appeared as though every person on earth had just left their mother’s funeral.

9. An elderly man who seemed hopeful explained in the dream that the end fo the world was coming and that he had not been right with the Lord. He knew God’s plan of salvation. It seemed at that time the Bible was banned but couldn’t be sure.

10. Babies were being abandoned all over the world on street corners.

11. Very unusual things would happen to this group of people (feeding people and healing people).

12. Saw that cash is the ultimate control issue.

13. Earthquake hit with millions of lives lost. Some regions so greatly destroyed they didn’t bother to go in with rescue teams. Destruction was global. Normal weather patterns changed, impossible to forecast weather.

14. Describes California as destroyed with drought and famine.

15. Saw Humvees on every corner of the main streets. Black uniforms and blue cap. Saw they had laptops in it.

16. You could not cross state lines at this time without papers.

17. No one stood up to resist this world leader.

18. Not even a bullet fired

19. The TV sets were watching people, monitoring them, listening to them.

20. Every day the Antichrist was telling people you could be delivered from all of life’s troubles if you would just align yourself with this new world order.

21. Saw mass revival for 3-6 months max.

22. Many many state prisons became detention centers for Christians. They will be snatched in the middle of the night.

23. Then saw new identification mark — and said “hey we won’t need to use these stupid cards anymore”.

24. Then he saw the most demonic presence he had ever seen.

Romans 1:21-32 wicked, malicious, full of envy, deceit and malignity

21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. 22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,

Wow, so true. All of these people who deny God all profess themselves to be wise. They claim that is mythology, that is out of date, we are modern, scientific, etc. Look at the total chaos that these fools will create. Wicked is worse than sinful. A person can be sinful because they know no better, wicked are those who know exactly what they are doing and choose to be wicked, they choose to be malicious, full of envy, deceit and malignity. They knew God. The fallen angels, the demons, to be demonic is to be wicked.

23 And changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and four footed beasts, and creeping things. 24 Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:

I saw a picture on the internet of what appeared to be an Iranian woman taking off those coverings they wear to reveal a red bikini bathing suit with another Iranian woman looking down in shame. If a woman parading around in her underwear on a beach is shameful just think of how shameful, unclean and dishonorable are the things done in the world today. We think of paintings and statues as idols and I suppose they can be, but God made man in His image, to worship the flesh is idolatry.

25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.

When you walk according to the lusts of the flesh you are serving the creature more than the creator. Once you worship the flesh you will pay hundreds of dollars to style your hair, or thousands of dollars for clothes on your back. You'll buy perfumes, have someone do your nails, etc. Once you worship the flesh you will also serve it.

26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: 27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.

So you are not allowed to say this. If for example I was to quote this verse it would be grounds to be fired from my job. This is a perfect example of holding down the truth in unrighteousness. If you refer to certain letters of the alphabet as "vile" then you are a bigot and will be fired.

28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; 29 Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, 30 Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, 31 Without understanding, covenant breakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:

What a list! We saw this during the Kavanaugh hearings. That was wicked, malicious, full of envy, deceit and malignity. They are covenant breakers. When the Amy Coney Barrett hearings were going on they came up with the idea of “packing the court”. Appointing 11 or 13 justices to the Supreme court instead of 9. Every time they asked Biden about this he refused to answer saying we needed instead to focus on what the President is doing. He nominated someone to the Supreme court which is what the constitution says he is supposed to do. They know that but they argue that this is an election year and it is supposed to be the people who get a say. The people did get a say when they elected him president in 2016. Supreme court nominations were the key reason he was elected. Look at this expression "they did not like to retain God in their knowledge" why do you think the Bible is banned from school? You can pull out the Koran, or the Bhagavad Gita, or any other sacred book, but you cannot pull out the Bible. You can say Mohammed, or Buddha, but you cannot say Jesus Christ.

32 Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.

The hypocrisy is off the hook. They claim that the President and Senate are doing something wrong by fulfilling their constitutional responsibilities while at the same time arguing to break the covenant by packing the court. They impeach the president on suspicion of collusion with a foreign government, but when presented with physical evidence that Joe Biden has been colluding with foreign governments for years they censor and hold down the truth in unrighteousness. They even believe that Christians who believe the Bible is the word of God is the single greatest threat to this country.

So learn from them, if the demons and wicked think that the Bible is the greatest threat to them, be advised, dive into the Bible!

What is a cult?

Dictionary definitions are useless, if you compare the early church to the dictionary definition you would define the early church as a cult. The Bible is also difficult to use as they don't use the word "cult". The Bible, both old and new testaments are far more focused on "false prophets", "antichrists", Jezebel and the synagogue of Satan.

However, in my opinion the very best book on exposing and dealing with cults in the New Testament is the book of James. It seems that every apostle had his ministry founded in his mistake (Peter denying the Lord, Mark backsliding, and Paul persecuting the Body of Christ). Among these James was a "cult leader" of the "concision". A ministry is when the Lord rescued you from something you are then able to rescue others. The word that the Lord gave you which saved you, that is the word you can then share to save others. So there is no one better at helping us to be saved from a cult than James who was overtaken by this error. In my opinion His book exposes the full range of cults including Hitler. But there is one verse that totally obliterates the religious cults, the kind of cults that most people equate with cult leaders and the type that most people are deceived by.

James 1:27 Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.

A cult is basically an imbalanced response to the world. First, some will not look after orphans and widows. What that means is the cult is all about supporting the cult leader. You sell flowers at the airport to raise money for his ministry. This kind of religious cult will be so focused on supporting their false prophets ministry that they will exclude all other charitable work. Helping orphans and widows does not refer to the members of the church. If I have to be a member and give all my worldly goods to your organization for you to then help me you are not helping orphans and widows, you are using and abusing your members. But the second way in which people become unbalanced is the second portion "keep oneself from being polluted by the world". Very often the religious cult will do that, they are so strict about keeping themselves unblemished that they fully cut themselves off becoming dependent on that cult leader. It feeds a holier than thou attitude which would be inoculated against if they were caring for orphans and widows during the day. On the other hand you have those who do contribute to charities which care for widows and orphans but they are polluted by the world. We refer to this kind of cult as "the apostasy". These are religious leaders who portray themselves as pious and sanctified but tell you repeatedly how it is not necessary to listen to the Lord's word or the fellowship of the apostles. What they said about elders is out of date, what they said about head covering is out of date, what they said about sin and the flesh and hell is out of date. The Lord cared for tax collectors and prostitutes, but He wasn't polluted by the world. Today we have extremists on both sides, and their behavior is cultic. Everyone today seems to be worried about religious extremists, but secularism is just another form of a cult, those who are completely spotted by the world.

If you meet with Christians who care for widows and orphans on the one hand, but on the other are very serious about not being polluted by the world then you will be able to find that narrow way that leads to life.

The US has become the kind of cult that pretends to care for widows and orphans but is polluted by the world. I think most people will agree that the poor which are often widows and orphans are the most oppressed. They were the victims of the mortgage meltdown, they were the ones who wind up fighting in wars and getting killed by roadside bombs. Do you think the huge multinational corporations like Coca Cola, MLB, and Facebook are concerned about the poor? Is it possible that the 1% who have gotten rich and powerful by taking widows houses and giving long prayers as a pretense for being holier than thou have had a change of heart? After the lies the NFL told us concerning CTE and the cigarette companies told us about their product not being a drug, and damage that sugar drinks have done to the nations health and MLB condemning the US while doing business with China, a country actively involved in genocide I am not inclined to listen to them. The multinational corporations are focused on polluting you with the world. They worship the creature, they serve the flesh and they want to pollute you with the world, so they are a cult. The election audit has revealed that these large multinational corporations are paying 100s of millions of dollars to steal the elections. If you control who counts the votes you control the democracy and this is what China and Russia do. Our democracy depends on free and fair elections and the only way to confirm that no one is stealing the elections is to do an audit.

James 4:4 What causes fights and quarrels among you? Don’t they come from your desires that battle within you? 2 You desire but do not have, so you kill. You covet but you cannot get what you want, so you quarrel and fight.

This battle we are seeing over having an audit done is because of sin. Someone has sinned and is willing to kill to cover it up. If you ignore it you will regret it, you will allow a killer to get away with murder. Therefore do the entire investigation under an intense spotlight. Make sure you monitor and observe what is going on at all times and let's get to the bottom of it because we are "directly over the target". We are touching on the sin that will expose this killer. The thief comes not but to kill, steal and destroy. Look at Afghanistan, look at the Ukraine, look at the Southern border, look at the inflation, this stolen election has consequences.

It is the Last Hour

1 John 2:18 Little children, it is the last hour: and as ye heard that antichrist cometh, even now have there arisen many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last hour.

2Peter 2:1 But there arose false prophets also among the people, as among you also there shall be false teachers, who shall privily bring in destructive heresies, denying even the Master that bought them, bringing upon themselves swift destruction. 2 And many shall follow their lascivious doings; by reason of whom the way of the truth shall be evil spoken of. 3 And in covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose sentence now from of old lingereth not, and their destruction slumbereth not.

Consider where we are right now. We have political leaders in the US who know that this meteor shower is going to hit and that when it does it will kill many, maybe even a million Americans. What should they do? You might immediately say "warn people", "evacuate them", "try to save as many as possible". True, but if they do that they will be right there at the most dangerous place trying to evacuate people as this meteor shower strikes! They would be the captain going down with the ship.

However, if they don't tell anyone they could evacuate to a very safe bunker underground right before the strike. There would not be any mass hysteria, no giant traffic jams, riots or looting to make it difficult to get to safety. Also, since you know this is going to happen in advance you can take action to protect your investments. Financially this catastrophe could be very good for you.

But what happens afterwards, will they still want you to be the governor, or president? There will be four groups of people, those who died, those who were injured or suffered loss, those who were not directly harmed but were spectators, and then those like yourself who profited. Some of those who survive will realize you were a gutless coward only looking out for yourself. You can argue you did it for "the greater good" (translated means your greater good and all those who profited along with you). There will be those in the grey area who don't know what to think, kind of confused by the "greater good" argument. There will be those who are oblivious only talking about what the Kardashians did the day before, and then there will be others like yourself who acted in self interest.

All those who acted in self interest will be those who profited and it is now in their own self interest to push this "greater good" narrative talking about how heroic it was to say nothing. Those who are befuddled with the Kardashians will parrot this rather than admit they are clueless as to what is going on. As a result you can fill the airwaves with everyone talking about how courageous it was to say nothing and let a million people die "for the greater good". But you will have a problem with those who know you are a gutless coward. So you need to get control of their ability to speak. Censor them and pass laws like Australia where you can go in and change their posts in social media. You want to get ahead of this thing.

You can even figure out who is on to you prior to the meteor shower and begin to label them as terrorists. When you say they are the biggest threat to this country it is true, they are the biggest threat to you for sure. The world is going to want an enemy, someone to blame and someone to hate so you need to give them that person. Also suggest that those who died were being judged by God. Don't say it directly, rather say things like "we should not say this" and "those who say this are being cruel and insensitive". You plant the seed of this being true while at the same time explain that no one would say this because we are too kind. If the people who died were being judged by God then your crime in doing nothing to save them is mitigated.

Romans 8:1-30 -- Where did Mardi Gras come from?

The Gift of Christ Jesus

1 Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, 2 because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit who gives life has set you free from the law of sin and death. 3 For what the law was powerless to do because it was weakened by the flesh, God did by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh to be a sin offering. And so he condemned sin in the flesh, 4 in order that the righteous requirement of the law might be fully met in us, who do not live according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.

It is fascinating to me that there are two distinct variations here, those that live according to the flesh and those who live according to the Spirit. This is evident in the celebration of Christmas for Christians versus the celebration of Xmas for non Christians. We have seen the “battle to put Christ back into Christmas”. This festival reveals those who have the mind of the spirit versus those who have the mind of the flesh. It becomes even more stark with the celebration of Lent and Mardi Gras in places like New Orleans.

5 Those who live according to the flesh have their minds set on what the flesh desires; but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires.6 The mind governed by the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace. 7 The mind governed by the flesh is hostile to God; it does not submit to God’s law, nor can it do so. 8 Those who are in the realm of the flesh cannot please God.

Once again, there are those whose mind is on the flesh. You have Christmas parties, gifts, and all kinds of ads to get you to buy stuff you don’t need. On the other hand you have beautiful Christmas plays and pageants, beautiful hymns of praise, candle light services and many other examples of those who are celebrating with the mind set on the Spirit. In this festival you are in the Spirit and Spirit is in you. Likewise with Lent and believers fasting for the Lord compared with the flesh pot of a celebration known as Mardi Gras.

9 You, however, are not in the realm of the flesh but are in the realm of the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God lives in you. And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, they do not belong to Christ. 10 But if Christ is in you, then even though your body is subject to death because of sin, the Spirit gives life because of righteousness. 11 And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of his Spirit who lives in you. 12 Therefore, brothers and sisters, we have an obligation—but it is not to the flesh, to live according to it. 13 For if you live according to the flesh, you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the misdeeds of the body, you will live.

This holiday comes with an obligation. I am against the commercial aspects and worldly aspects of this holiday. Yet even so there is an obligation on you because your children will not understand and will think that being a Christian means you are stingy and cheap. I find it interesting that “Santa” is merely a rearrangement of the word “Satan”. The story is a lie and they try to force parents to lie to their children and then have children equate this lie with the Bible. It is an evil poison designed to inoculate young children from believing and receiving the gospel. However, according to the Spirit there is an obligation to treat others with love and charity during this time. We even call it “the Christmas spirit”. The same is true of Mardi Gras, somehow many believe it is part of the worship of the Lord to have this fleshly sinful party each year just like that depicted in the Bible when Israel worshipped the Golden calf.

The adoption to sonship = rapture of the overcomers

14 For those who are led by the Spirit of God Are the children of God. 15 The Spirit you received does not make you slaves, so that you live in fear again; rather, the Spirit you received brought about your adoption to sonship. And by him we cry, “Abba, Father.” 16 The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children. 17 Now if we are children, then we are heirs—heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory.

Christmas is a holiday for children. My parents really went all out, I would be up at the crack of dawn and sure enough something had happened from the night before. New gifts were there and the stockings were filled. Those gifts testified that you were children of your parents and heirs. The rapture is a testimony that all who are raptured are children of God and co heirs with God. This term “adoption” refers to a legal declaration that you are heir to the father’s business. This is a big deal in families where a father has a great business. Some children of the father may find themselves disqualified from being heirs, that is sad, but it happens. At the rapture some will be left behind, they will get a second chance but it will still be sad. As it says in Amos if you are not raptured on that day it will be a bitter day for you. Your singing will turn to mourning.

The idea of Santa in the middle of the night coming down chimneys and giving gifts is the photographic negative of Jesus Christ rapturing all the overcomers who are likened to a treasure and the rapture to the Lord coming as a thief (by coming down the chimney?). In the world those the world despises will very often turn out to be the ones the Lord treasures. The “Cinderella” that does all the work so the evil sisters can go to all the balls. Imagine waking up on this Christmas day and instead of finding gifts under your tree you find all those who were doing all the work have been taken.

18 I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us. 19 For the creation waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed. 20 For the creation was subjected to frustration, not by its own choice, but by the will of the one who subjected it, in hope21 that the creation itself will be liberated from its bondage to decay and brought into the freedom and glory of the children of God.

Christmas is all about wearing brand new Christmas clothes. There is a glorious celebration and children wait in eager expectation for this day. In the rapture we are “liberated from the bondage of decay”. He doesn’t just say “believers” but rather “creation”. What about our pets? If you were raptured what would happen to your dog or cat? Creation is waiting eagerly because they all will be liberated from decay.

22 We know that the whole creation has been groaning as in the pains of childbirth right up to the present time. 23 Not only so, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for our adoption to sonship, the redemption of our bodies. 24 For in this hope we were saved. But hope that is seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what they already have? 25 But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently.

This is the hope of the gospel. The rapture is likened to the birth of the manchild. Once again Paul is talking about the hope that we wait for patiently, just like we had to wait each year for Christmas.

Pray for what we ought versus the “letter to Santa”.

26 In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans. 27 And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for God’s people in accordance with the will of God.

Another part of this religious festival is that kids are to write a letter to Santa praying for things they want. This can be fleshly or it can be spiritual with the Spirit interceding for God’s people in accordance with the will of God.

28 And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. 29 For those God foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters. 30 And those he predestined, he also called; those he called, he also justified; those he justified, he also glorified.

These are the things we need. We need to be conformed to the image of His Son, we need to know the firstborn Son of God and we need to be born again to be the children of God. We need to be called, we need to be justified, and after all that we need to be glorified. Again, the rapture is the glorification of those who have been born again, called and justified.

Luke 18:32 For he shall be delivered up unto the Gentiles, and shall be mocked, and shamefully treated, and spit upon: 33 and they shall scourge and kill him: and the third day he shall rise again.

Imagine if the things that are happening today were prefigured in what happened 2,000 years ago. The Lord would have been mocked, nasty little comedians doing despicable mocking on TV, and He would have been shamefully treated. They would create dossier's full of lies, they would have had the NSA spying on Him, and they would have spit on Him. Finally they would have punished him by scourging which is supposed to "cleanse" you. We rip out the flesh from your back with little fish hooks and you will be cleansed of any thought of draining the swamp.

Luke 23:27 And there followed him a great multitude of the people, and of women who bewailed and lamented him. 28 But Jesus turning unto them said, Daughters of Jerusalem, weep not for me, but weep for yourselves, and for your children. 29 For behold, the days are coming, in which they shall say, Blessed are the barren, and the wombs that never bare, and the breasts that never gave suck. 30 Then shall they begin to say to the mountains, Fall on us; and to the hills, Cover us. 31 For if they do these things in the green tree, what shall be done in the dry?

There are consequences to crucifying the Lord Jesus. As you have done it will be done to you. This is merciful, it gives you an opportunity to confess your sins and repent.

Romans 8:31-39 A festival of Gifts

31 What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? 32 He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things? 33 Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies. 34 Who then is the one who condemns? No one. Christ Jesus who died—more than that, who was raised to life—is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us. 35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? 36 As it is written: “For your sake we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.”

This is another aspect of this holiday. “Santa knows who's been naughty and nice”. There is a judgement on this holiday. There are those who get “coal in stocking” signifying the fires of hell. But for others God “gives them all things”. The best gift is Jesus but with Jesus we also get a lot of other gifts. Ken Peters had a dream of the tribulation and in it he saw a revival to end all revivals, all the saints in the Lord acting in the gifts, he described it as people all over the world doing the miracles of Jesus at this time.

37 No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. 38 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers,39 neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

This is a holiday that is all about the love of God. But it is also about conquering through Him who loved us. Conquering what? A major story is “the Christmas Carol” that talks about scrooge getting a new heart. This was then turned into a cartoon with “How the Grinch stole Christmas” by Dr. Seuss. This is a holiday where we conquer selfishness and greed and it speaks to the New Covenant where God gives us a new heart, a heart of flesh. We often look at how horrifying the tribulation will be but "in all these things we are more than conquerors". In that same dream by Ken Peters he saw his wife being beheaded because she wouldn't take the mark of the beast and he also was beheaded. But after that he was able to see that the executioner repented.

Some teach that the rapture is a false doctrine that teaches believers will not have to suffer tribulation.

No doubt there are many false doctrines, false teachers, false prophets and false Christ's. But that is not what the doctrine of the rapture teaches.

This doctrine nullifies the great and precious promises of our escape

So then this prayer is pointless:

Be always on the watch, and pray that you may be able to escape all that is about to happen, and that you may be able to stand before the Son of Man.”

And apparently it doesn't matter if we ignore so great a salvation because no one is going to escape:

how shall we escape if we ignore so great a salvation? This salvation, which was first announced by the Lord, was confirmed to us by those who heard him.

And what difference does it make if we refuse to listen to the warnings from the Lord in heaven?

See to it that you do not refuse him who speaks. If they did not escape when they refused him who warned them on earth, how much less will we, if we turn away from him who warns us from heaven?

We have great and precious promises to escape the corruption in the world, yet you nullify them with your teaching.

Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature, having escaped the corruption in the world caused by evil desires.

And so much for this promise

The Lord will rescue his servants; no one who takes refuge in him will be condemned.

Forget it Paul

What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body that is subject to death?

Yep, looks like Paul got it wrong again

and to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead—Jesus, who rescues us from the coming wrath.

So many promises nullified by this teaching

The Lord will rescue me from every evil attack and will bring me safely to his heavenly kingdom. To him be glory for ever and ever. Amen.

Oh well, it seems Peter also is wrong

4 For if God did not spare angels when they sinned, but sent them to hell,[a] putting them in chains of darkness[b] to be held for judgment; 5 if he did not spare the ancient world when he brought the flood on its ungodly people, but protected Noah, a preacher of righteousness, and seven others; 6 if he condemned the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah by burning them to ashes, and made them an example of what is going to happen to the ungodly; 7 and if he rescued Lot, a righteous man, who was distressed by the depraved conduct of the lawless 8 (for that righteous man, living among them day after day, was tormented in his righteous soul by the lawless deeds he saw and heard)— 9 if this is so, then the Lord knows how to rescue the godly from trials and to hold the unrighteous for punishment on the day of judgment.
Yes these scriptures are true and wonderful! They speak of escape and saved from judgement, damnation and evils of sin that lead to death. There are 2 Resurrections, but rapture doctrine is not in the truth. The first resurrection is the catching up and the resurrection of the dead who are in Christ meaning they are chosen to rule and reign with Christ they are chosen to be a part of the kingdom of God that will be set up for all of God’s people left behind from the first resurrection. The rapture doctrine says that the first resurrection is only for all that believe in God and the second is for those that perish and that is a lie. I only went to say a little bit at a time .

No, that is not the rapture doctrine. You have been misinformed.

In a nutshell the rapture doctrine refers to many different verses in the New Testament.

1. In the gospels we hear of many stories from the Lord describing a reward/judgement of His servants. You have the parable of the ten virgins, you have the story of the master returning and getting an account from His servants, you have the servants who are watching for the return of their master, you have the two that are in the bed and the two that are in the field. In every case there is a warning that some will be taken and some will be left.

2. We have a direct warning from the Lord to the church in Sardis that if they do not repent and watch for His return that He will come as a thief and they will not know when He comes. In other words the Lord's secret coming will not be a glory to them but a shame.

3. We are given three different analogies to explain how "no one knows the day or the hour" is a charge to watch for his coming. He compares His coming to a thief (no one knows the day or the hour a thief comes therefore you must watch), He compares His coming to a baby being born (no one knows the day or the hour that the baby will be born therefore you must watch) and He compares His coming to a harvest (no one knows the day or the hour that the harvest should take place therefore you must watch).

4. Revelation 12 describes a baby being snatched up, caught up to heaven, from being killed by God's enemies. This term "caught up" or "snatched up" is a Greek word describing being snatched out of the way of certain harm/death. The word is Harpazo and is the word that many refer to as "the rapture".

5. The word "rapture" is also used to refer to when a woman's water breaks during birth. This seems to be the description in Revelation 12.

6. Then there are many references by Paul to this rapture, with two distinct references in 1Corinthians to two different events.

7. The book of Revelation appears to refer to three different events with the third event referring to the salvation of the Jews as a nation.

8. Then of course we have multiple examples -- Lazarus is raised from the dead, Enoch is caught up to heaven prior to the flood and the sign of Jonah.

9. Jesus likened the end of the age to the days of Noah and the days of Lot. These depict believers being rescued from a flood and fiery judgement.

10. We are told clearly in the NT that believers are not appointed to wrath and we are also told that during the Great tribulation God pours out His wrath on the Earth indicating that the rapture of the believers takes place prior to this wrath being poured out just as Sodom and Gomorrah was destroyed after Lot was rescued.

I could go on, but it is abundantly clear that anyone posting about the Rapture not being Biblical has not read the prior posts. Dr. Barry Awe and Pastor Sandy with S4C Global Community are the two that are most focused on responding to those who are confused on this issue.

Rapture takes place during your religious festivals

Colossians 2:16 Therefore do not let anyone judge you by what you eat or drink, or with regard to a religious festival, a New Moon celebration or a Sabbath day. 17 These are a shadow of the things that were to come; the reality, however, is found in Christ.

This verse is a very powerful prophecy. So far we have seen that every festival from the Old Testament has been prophetic concerning the coming of Jesus Christ, His death, burial, resurrection, ascension, and outpouring of the Spirit on the church. We can also easily say that the feast of Atonement and the Feast of weeks will also be prophetic. Because of this I have been searching the scriptures to find a religious festival that would be prophetic for the rapture. I now think that Hanukah, Christmas, Lent and Mardi Gras will also be prophetic. But please note, none of these festivals are part of our covenant with God, that is very important. So although we can see a lot in them and that is due to the sovereignty of the Lord, it is only the festivals in the Bible that are part of our covenant.

9 “In that day,” declares the Sovereign Lord, “I will make the sun go down at noon and darken the earth in broad daylight. 10 I will turn your religious festivals into mourning and all your singing into weeping. I will make all of you wear sackcloth and shave your heads. I will make that time like mourning for an only son and the end of it like a bitter day.

This verse supported the idea that the day of the Lord appears during “your religious festivals”. But it is plural, this is referring to more than one festival. Also these festivals involve singing. There were numerous other reasons why this pointed to Hanukkah, but Hanukkah and Christmas are two religious festivals that come at the same season. Also, although Hanukkah and many of the religious festivals are not particularly noted for singing, Christmas is with Christmas carols being a key tradition to celebrate this holiday. This caroling is done on Christmas eve, December 24th. Now what is quite interesting is that in 2024 Hanukkah begins at sundown on December 24th. Hanukkah is a celebration that lasts 8 days and Christmas is often referred to as the "12 days of Christmas". We also had a solar eclipse in the midst of the festival of Hanukkah, December 14th, 2020. I believe this particular eclipse was prophesied as a sign of the last seven years of this age, the prophet said God would darken the Sun over a land that you do not know. Not only so but Lent, Mardi Gras are also associated with Easter and Passover.

In 2024 there is a total solar eclipse over the US (April 8th) that makes a cross with the total solar eclipse that was over the US in 2017. As a rule a solar eclipse refers to God's judgement on the world. So it is close to a 7 year spread.

So I am going to give my interpretation of what God is telling us with all this. God is drawing an X over the US, that is His mark, it belongs to Him. He will judge the US, the wood, hay and stubble will be burned up with fire whereas those who have built with gold, silver and precious stones will get a reward. It will take seven years for God to make this mark. When you bear the name of Jesus you express Him and all that He is. So this is a big deal. This first eclipse went right over Washington DC and was at the same time, but immediately before the Revelation 12 sign. The Revelation 12 sign appeared at the Feast of Trumpets in 2017 and announced the coming of the king and the beginning of the the ten days (years) of awe. This time is referred to as Jacob's trouble. During this time we have had the pandemic, we have had a global shutdown, we have been humiliated in Kabul and war between Israel and Iran has been reignited. We saw a stolen election and a man with dementia run the country. We have seen Canada, Australia and a host of other nations also embrace this lunacy. Then we saw Putin invade the Ukraine and threaten nuclear war. Idiots in the US government called for the US to impose a no fly zone in the Ukraine which would cause the US to go to war with Russia. And all of this took place before Biden was able to give his first State of the Union address, an address that is drawing a trucker convoy of protestors tens of miles long. According to the Fig tree prophecy the Lord came to the tree after three years and asked why there was no fruit, cut it down. The farmer asked for one more year to dung it. This year in the Jewish calendar is the Dung year (the year comes to an end on April 2, 2022). I believe the Lord gave us 4 years to get our house in order and to prepare to meet our God. He drew the X right before this time to remind us that He will snatch His bride out of the coming destruction beforehand. However this destruction will fall hard on Washington DC. The USA is the Great Babylon and she will be burned with fire, stripped naked and devoured by the beast, the one world government. The second part of the X is drawn six and a half years later to indicate the completion of this judgement on the world during the Tribulation. As for this eclipse during Christmas of 2024 that is the middle of the tribulation around the time of the "mid tribulation rapture".

Hebrews 10:25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

If we are seeing the day approaching we should be assembling together. However, Joel says that the sign that the day is approaching is a pandemic that causes us not to gather together. There is really only one church meeting that is required for us to keep and that is the Lord’s table, this sabbath day for Christians is a celebration of the coronation of Jesus and also of the wedding of Jesus, both of which are part of the shadow of the rapture of the Bride. There are really only two big yearly festivals given to Christians to keep. The first is “Easter” which celebrates the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus. That is where our year begins and that is a celebration of new life and new beginnings. This festival coincides with Passover, lent and Mardi Gras. The second festival is Christmas which is at the end of the year and superficially is a celebration of Jesus birth even though we know that Jesus was not born on this day. Pagan holidays for the resurrection of the Sun were adopted for this celebration. Our year begins with the new birth at Easter and we all look forward to Christmas, the favorite day of the year. So weirdly both Easter and Christmas celebrate the birth of the church, one celebrates the resurrection with the New creation, the other celebrates the birth of the child even though Jesus was not born on this day.

Interestingly I saw that 2 Corinthians a book on the New Testament ministry is all about the festival of Hanukkah. Paul equated the story of Hanukkah with the New Testament ministry. The purpose of this ministry is that the Lord’s will would be done on earth as it is in heaven and that His kingdom would come. Each day of that festival there is more light. We saw the “fulfillment” of this during Hanukkah this year as each day new light concerning the corruption and lies of those in power trying to wipe out the pure worship of God was revealed. But now it seems the gospels are equated with the story of Christmas. Romans is the gospel according to Paul and chapter 8 is the “tip of the spear” when talking about the overcomers, those in the first rapture. I have also seen that Romans 8 tells the Christmas story. It would make a wonderful conclusion to the church age.
