You are baiting me....keep it in context...your faith is between you and God. I have never questioned your faith. That is a clear transference attempt.

My concern is your preparation for a righteous life was and is my concern. It does not comply with scriptures...be guided by God;s word...not me.
Enough said.
No sir. I bate no one. I am as straightforward as to make you uncomfortable. YOU alone are responsible for your response to Christ.

I, have made mine.

I will not respond to you again in this thread as it seems you desire to be right and to control others and that is not a situation I care for and it leads to darkness and not light so think as you will, but you have now had some light shed on your incorrect mindset which you cannot deny.

Again, God bless you and hopefully that will also mean tap you on the shoulder and you might turn and have a good look into the eyes of Christ who is concerned for your well being.

That means...do not prevent but encourage a righteous life as a parent....don't lie, go to church, worship God and pray, etc.
A stumbling block..as an example...is to NOT encouraging a child to know Christ.

Scripture even instructs us thusly......lead them in a righteous manner and while they may stray....the early up bringing..... will cause them to return .....

The OP is suffering...and it means a lot. Let that be our concentration in this thread.

That's fine.
But, you alone can comply with God's word on repentance.

Joyce Meyer never repented of her prosperity gospel. At one point she said it "got out of balance." But that's like saying speaking in tongues has gotten out of balance; or faith healing has gotten out of balance; or any other false doctrine or practice you can name.

Saying that a false doctrine has gotten out of balance is no repentance at all. If she really was repentant she'd say: "I've been misleading people all these years. I now know it was wrong. I'm going to liquidate my ministry and give everything away to hospitals or other worthy causes. I'm stepping down and will no longer be preaching or writing, but will sit down and be quiet and led God teach me the truth."

A child cannot be born again.
There is no age requirement for children to understand that they have sinned, that Jesus died to pay the penalty for their sins, and that they must place their faith in Him alone for salvation. If they have done these things, then they are old enough to be saved. I do not know what age you are proposing; I have heard people say they were saved at the age of six. Perhaps you are speaking of babies?

Speaking in Tongues is from the Holy Spirit.
Speaking in Tongues brings glory to Christ.
Speaking in Tongues was the first Gift of the Holy Spirit poured out on Pentecost and until His Second Coming.
Speaking in Tongues is not a known language but is prayer and praise unto God.
Speaking in Tongues edifies the one who has been blessed with this Gift.

So, it is very unbalanced to not have the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and the Gifts HE pours out, at His Discretion for His Bride.

Read and pray the Gospel of John, Acts, 1 Corinthians so that you can be "balanced" in the TRUTH of His Word.

Stop looking at the Propheteers who make merchandise of the word and look to JESUS.

The Lord sent me on a mission trip with 'Jews for Jesus' and it was a blessing to share the Gospel.
Happy that you are not against them.

Theoretically you may be right. God could pour out the gift of tongues at any time, but what passes for the genuine gift these days is far from it.

Post #148 is correct because the Word said so First and Last = i just believe what HE says = silly me to have faith in the Word.

True = satan counterfeits the things of God at every chance he is able to, because counterfeiting is how he operates.

For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called: But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty; And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are: That no flesh should glory in his presence. But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption: That, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord.

PS - don't give a dime or your time to the Propheteers

I used to be a worship leader in the Vineyard movement back in the '90s. It was the best time of my life.
The first Vineyard meeting (though it wasn't called that yet) was arranged by a guy named Larry Norman. Norman had a Jewish friend whom he witnessed to for 2 years before he accepted the Lord. Norman's friend's name was Moishe Rosen.
Rosen went on to start a group that was eventually called, "Jews For Jesus."

Do you have any idea what this type of attitude does to people who are struggling?
Are you struggling? :unsure:I don't think of you as struggling.
When He indwells us, we are triumphant, not "struggling".:):coffee:(y)

Act 4:32 And the multitude of them that believed were of one heart and of one soul: neither said any of them that ought of the things which he possessed was his own; but they had all things common.
Act 4:34 Neither was there any among them that lacked: for as many as were possessors of lands or houses sold them, and brought the prices of the things that were sold,
Act 4:35 And laid them down at the apostles' feet: and distribution was made unto every man according as he had need.
Act 4:37 Having land, sold it, and brought the money, and laid it at the apostles' feet.

The early Church sold all things that were not a necessity and gave it to the apostles and they distributed the money to the saints that had need and they had all things in common which means they shared everything.

By this standard Kenneth Copeland should sell all he has that is not a necessity and distribute to the poor and the money that is donated is to only go towards needs.

1Ti 6:5 Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from such withdraw thyself.
1Ti 6:8 And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.
1Ti 6:10 For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.

The love of money is the root of all evil because it neglects the poor and needy and love is the fulfilling of the law.

Anybody that lives above their needs do not love people the way they should for they care more about their wants than they care about the welfare of people.

That, is really quite boorish of you and since you do not know me from a salamander, I am sorry to tell you that your judgement is false and dangerous. Dangerous to yourself mind you.

Since when is God's word not applicable when one is not known.
That makes no sense.

How what we can judge is a powerful belief that will be testing back at you after judging others, the test maybe quick to how grace is actually more truth verses how you feel how powerful it is depending on how you still can judge others.
The Bible.....says...judge righteously.
Since you think I am judging wrongly...I am listening..... so?

It does not seem that way but i know some people are.

A jew cannot be for Jesus and be a Jew.
Your query is a catch 22.
