No, he did not.

He was explaining the differences between the old and new covenant, and explaining HOW they became saved, but he never once said the Galatians were in danger of losing their salvation.

9But now that you have come to know God, or rather to be known by God (they are saved but are immature not 'knowing' God intimately), how is it that you turn back again to the weak and worthless elemental things, to which you desire to be enslaved all over again? 10You observe days and months and seasons and years.

30But what does the Scripture say?
“CAST OUT THE BONDWOMAN AND HER SON,
FOR THE SON OF THE BONDWOMAN (the old covenant-see context) SHALL NOT BE AN HEIR WITH THE SON OF THE FREE WOMAN (the New Covenant).

31So then, brethren, we are not children of a bondwoman, but of the free woman (once again confirming the fact that they had in fact been genuinely saved at his preaching).

Just read the emboldened parts if you want. Like I say, it's a hard pill to swallow, but there it is.

I know that unfortunately this will fall on deaf ears, but:

He was explaining the differences between the old and new covenant, and explaining HOW they became saved, but he never once said the Galatians were in danger of losing their salvation.

What is it about slaves not being an heir that you do not understand? I can hear quite well....slaves are not heirs.

See, instead of falsely comforting the church, particularly immature believers with a gospel of 'once saved always saved' we should be encouraging them to move on to the maturity and fruitfulness and assurance of the 4th kind of soil where they will be strong and not fall away and be lost.

'Once saved always saved' tickles a lot of ears, especially the ears of immature, struggling believers, but what we need to hear is the truth about growing up into having a 4th kind of soil heart where we are strong and can endure in our believing to the very end and be saved when Jesus comes back, not fall away into sinful lives of unbelief thinking we are still saved and ready to meet Jesus when he comes back despite our unbelieving lives. "Do not be deceived"-1 Corinthians 6:9.

If their faith is genuine, and if it is strong and producing fruit they will not fall away and lose their salvation.

It is weak believers in whom the word is not deeply planted and producing fruit that are in danger of falling away and losing their salvation.
It could be argued that if you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, God can use it to grow into a great faith. That sounds like, it's not the quantity of faith that's important but the quality. I may be stretching a long bow, but that's what I read into that parable.
