These things are done by human being, not instructed in that book. No one is good but God.
The Koran is a very strict book. It has almost no buffer zone. It tells Muslims what to do and what not to do. It is very detailed similar modern laws. Unlike the words in the Bible, it is vague. You need to think about problems to understand.

The book says that if a country invades their country, they can drive the aggressor away, but they cannot do more. It means no revenge.

There has been a fatwa on Salman Rushdie since the late 80s!
