So far you have not mentioned the Gospel that saves ..What is the Gospel that saves a man today?
The gospel does save (deliver) here in this world when a babe in Christ comes unto a knowledge of the righteousness of God (the gospel). Save in Greek= deliver. The gospel does not deliver a person eternally, but it does deliver the regenerated babe in Christ while he sojourns here in this world.

I need to go back to the Stirring the Pot Thread and the other Calvinists threads and find all my posts refuting these isolated proof texts.

If they do not follow Reformed Theology the interpretation of Calvinism why do they use the same proof texts.

Another misunderstood verse ... which supports POOF theology.
This verse shows that the New Birth is not a result of your mere act springing from your will. Which means faith is not a mere act that you decide you’ll do one day.

that's what you get from poof?
You are not born again by a mere act of your will. It is a poof, because it is a new creation performed by God.

The poof you and eleven joke about is the same basic dig that atheists use to mock creationism.

"your awakened a frozen chosen? " - Again God awakes the frozen chosen, God sends the message of the Gospel to the "frozen chosen", by the good works God has prepared. Grace, just like that!! All from God, bestowed on whom he pleases.

Halleluyah! Through faith (which is the gift of ...... ?) God says: Guess what, I'm granting you grace, here's the gift of faith. You will believe like a child. It is not I believe, therefore I should be saved.... Believe what, that Yeshua ha'Mashiach / Jesus the Messiah is the son of God, the devil also believes that, and he shudders at the thought of that. You either received grace, or you either did not.
If its not you believing then that's not salvation through faith . And its not christianity.

I like the song . But like I said . Say I'm not saved . What do i have to do and believe to be saved ? Do I just simply believe John 3.16 ?
The natural man, according to 1 Cor 2:14 cannot believe in the things of the Spirit, until he has been regenerated. You do not have to believe anything to be saved (delivered) eternally, that is done by our sovereign God's grace, without man's help.

2 Tim 2:13, If we believe not, yet he (Jesus) abideth faithful, he (Jesus) cannot deny himself (because the elect are chosen in him before the foundation of the world).

If the context says you were born again by an act of your human willpower, I’ll eat my hat.

This was explained to you as well in context which you dismissed because it does not support you system.

The bible is mocked by saying God causes belief in those he saves .

you totally missed my lack of objectivity

but then again, you are relatively new

I was not being serious, but here is a sample of me being serious

I was born again because God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world but that we might have eternal life

my righteousness is not forced on me. I, like Abraham, believed God and that is called faith

this forum has had so many Calvinist debates that they are threadbare...forgive the pun (or not...it is your choice...ooo bad word)

You were not born of God but an act of your will. That would make you your own Saviour and the one who began the work.

Good luck with that.

Would you agree with Paul ( who was made the apostle to the gentiles by Jesus) with the definition and explanation of the Gospel in Rom 1.16 . 1 cor 15 . 1-4 and Rom 10 ,9 10 . That this is what the Gospel is . That this is how we appropriate it and this is how we are saved today?
Understanding the gospel can save (deliver) you as you sojourn here in this world, but understanding the gospel does not save (deliver) anyone eternally, it does, however, inform us as to how we have been delivered eternally.
