Nakedness of his father means Noah's wife. In Leviticus a wife is the nakedness of her husband and vice versa, and its a sin to uncover the nakedness of ...various family members if you are not married to them.
also Noah was uncovered in his tent it says.

This is old testament langauage referring in a roundabout way to things like incest.

In no way would a son have sexual relations with his own mother for example. Just wrong.
I think it can include various sexual acts, but I'm not aware of any instance where the wife is the nakedness or her husband or vice versa. Genesis 9 is fairly clear Noah got drunk and subsequently became uncovered, and Ham came in and saw him. Ham may have done something else dirty, he may have made jokes or done something disrespectful, but his behaviour is contrasted with Shem and Japheth, who enter the tent backward to cover their father so as not to share in their brother's contemptible behaviour. (No mention of a wife, as contrasted with Jacob's son who molested Jacob's concubine).
