1 John 3:9 No one who is born of God practices sin, because His seed abides in him; and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.

So who here is born of God according to John (and the bible)?
You're scripture is pertaining to "willful" sin, referring to that anyone born again will not willfully sin without remorse, practicing refers to the act of doing an action multiple times on "purpose".

You have not let Christ into your equation. So you are trying to reason away the bible to fit your lack of power in Christ. But this is wrong. Enter into Christ. Find out what grace really is and what it's for.

Define “practices” sin.
lol i was going to call he was about to miss use 1 john

i used to do the same thing when i believed the false gospel of sinless perfection <-works salvation

then he follows it with high minded false accusations like someone watches a tv show for their truth....

so lost

the self righteous need to repent from their unbelief

these anti-gracers have no hope for salvation as long as they look to their own walk for justification

Jesus is not coming back for a sinful church...but a bride without spot or wrinkle. Find out how to enter into Christ....or at least stop making outrageous claims of having a sinful holiness.

And what exactly makes us without spot or blemish ??

The precious blood of Jesus , or our own righteousness ??

Listen mister , I do read scripture , and I dont watch televangelists either
People get hypnotized by people using pulpits. There is a phenomenon whereby a brainwashed person will only see what he has been programmed to see. So it is with modern religion. A person is told they are saved IN their sins...and then they can't see where the bible never says that but the opposite. They deny the word and Christ and denounce the one trying to show them the truth. It has always been this way.

Enter into Christ and you will partake of the blood (the life) of Jesus. Otherwise all you have is the vanity of claiming salvation for yourself. So you are blind to your own self-righteousness...because you think that you have accepted Jesus based on your decision. But Jesus needs to accept you! He allows you to enter into Him and walk in His grace (power) when He accepts you. But you have not bothered to wait for Jesus to have a say. You have claimed your own salvation.

Paul said... How can we sin who are dead to sin? Romans 6

John said...he cannot sin because he is born again. 1 John 3

Peter said...1 Pet 2:24 Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.

Don't just listen to sermons...read the bible for yourselves.
Romans 6

Paul does not teach sinless perfectionism here. He does not say that those dead to sin never again guilty of the commission of sinful acts. He does not declare those who are dead to sin do not live in sin as a way of life. Since they have a new life in Jesus, he reminded them that let no sin reign over them but God forbid,

Romans 7...but what i hate, that do i...now then it is no more i that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.
