Psalms 34 truly depicts the manner in which we are to serve God, by proving for ourselves firsthand that God is and that he is what he says he is.
In Isaiah 32:2 (up to verse 8) is a general reference to how God works through men. The oracles of God was first given to men (servants of God) and those who sought refuge in God would utilize the services of these chosen men, whether they were kings or prophets or priests or others.
To every positive thing, there is always an opposite and negative thing, ex. good/bad, light/darkness and thus we can see that God is sovereign over all of them. To one He leads them down the paths of righteousness and to the other he leads them down the pathway of death based on the condition of their hearts.
This passage could also point to the coming of Jesus Christ into the world.
In almost all cases esp. in the O.T. , he uses men to represent him in order to accomplish his will, but today that method is moot. The only man through whom we would go to God is called the Word of God, Jesus Christ, and is available to all men 24/7.
God is infinite in everything, and while we are limited and can only see in one or two dimensions, God does things (eg. millions of things in a split second, making their interactions seemless and perfect)
Thus whenever we read the bible we will never fathom the depths of God's ways in one sitting or even in a million sittings and it is God's Spirit who reveals everything to us.
