God has placed eternity into our hearts. Are you saying this is the equivalency of salvation?
Eternal salvation was accomplished for all of those that God gave to his Son to die for the remission of their sins on the cross, and secure their inheritance of heaven. Jesus sacrifice was not offered to mankind for mankind's acceptance, but was a sacrifice offered to God for God's acceptance.

There is no comparison to eternal salvation existing by any other means other than the finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross.

Something interesting about the Indians. They believed in an invisible "great Father" They also believed when they die that they go to an invisible "happy hunting ground" Who do you suppose instilled in their minds about such spiritual notions?
They did not know the name Jesus and did not know anything about the Holy Spirit (the other persons in the Trinity). Many believe knowing the name Jesus is a requirement to being saved. Muslims and Jews believe in the Father.

Someone mentioned the Internet. I think the Internet will be key in many people discovering/coming to know Christ. Still, about 2 BN people doesn't have access to the Internet/Christian Videos etc. But in about 10 years, they will.

Mat 24:14 says the Gospel will be preached to all nations before the end comes. Soon enough, all will have no excuse imo.

Let's keep praying/working/evangelizing and sharing the Gospel of Christ, and the Love of God, and we can leave the rest to Him imo.

"According to Statista, "In 2019, the number of internet users worldwide was 3.97 billion, up from 3.74 billion in the previous year."[2] In 2005, only about 1.1 billion people used the internet. That means there has been drastic and extraordinary growth in internet usage in the last 15 or so years, since it has more than tripled since then ...

The increasing number of web users offers vast potential for Internet evangelism.

"Looking ahead, Cybersecurity Ventures predicts that there will be 6 billion Internet users by 2022 (75 percent of the projected world population of 8 billion) — and more than 7.5 billion Internet users by 2030 (90 percent of the projected world population of 8.5 billion, 6 years of age and older)."[4]" https://www.conservapedia.com/Number_of_Internet_Users

God Bless.
what if Jesus preaches the gospel to those who die before they heard it ? And that’s one of the reasons he died ?

“For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit: by which also he went and preached unto the spirits in prison; which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water.”
‭‭1 Peter‬ ‭3:18-20‬ ‭KJV‬‬

maybe even those who had died before as far back as Noah’s flood have heard the gospel in death because Jesus lives and died and rose again.

For none of us liveth to himself, and no man dieth to himself. For whether we live, we live unto the Lord; and whether we die, we die unto the Lord: whether we live therefore, or die, we are the Lord's.

For to this end Christ both died, and rose, and revived, that he might be Lord both of the dead and living. But why dost thou judge thy brother? or why dost thou set at nought thy brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭14:7-10‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live. For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself .

Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice, and shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.”
‭‭John‬ ‭5:28-29‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“and the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose, and came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭27:52-53‬ ‭KJV‬‬

We can not limit salvation by death anymore while someone maybe doesn’t hear the gospel in this world why would we then assume God could never reach them in death to preach the gospel to them by his spirit ? He of course can people are dead To us maybe by the flesh we see but not to God by the spirit all live to him

“Now that the dead are raised, even Moses shewed at the bush, when he calleth the Lord the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. For he is not a God of the dead, but of the living: for all live unto him.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭20:37-38‬ ‭

Moses and Elijah both died hundreds and hundreds of years before by the flesh but then Jesus came

“Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead
, yet shall he live:

and whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?”
‭‭John‬ ‭11:25-26‬ ‭KJV‬‬

this is well after they both died by the flesh

“And, behold, there appeared unto them Moses and Elijah talking with him.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭17:3‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Just like those who rose from the grave after Jesus did they are alive by the spirit having heard and believed the gospel like Abraham did , Isaac did and Jacob did who all are alive by the same spirit which raised those saints up from the dead to e same spirit that preached the gospel to those who died in Noah’s time after Jesus died and was quickened by the spirit

all I mean is God can reach people with the gospel even if they die before they hear it like all those examples

"The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of His hands. Psalm 19:1"

Reminds me of that song "That's my God, My King Dr. S.M. Lockridge". Cant' find the one I downloaded though

You know Christ aka GOD through Christ said allot more then this right? Just wondering why some doubt other things Christ said oh but salvation we know how people are should be will be saved? Yes praise GOD we can quote all these verses and in some cases mix them up to say something else but what is being lift out is.. we can't see the know the heart which only God sees. Was Christ only talking to Jews saying only to them if you were blind you would have no sin. You say you see your sin remains. Do you know who many are out there preaching the gospel? Ooh but what gospel? yeah which one will GOD hold them accountable to? What you personally believe or to know that Mormon that JW is wrong and DO NOT follow them because duh our truth our Jesus is the real truth.. well granted they will say the same. WHY is your Christ the real one? Most can not answer this. We can quote a verse but do you KNOW why He is real vs all the other ones are fake.

Someone talked about Indians which my dad was Nez Perce. Before the white man came they never heard of the gospel.. lost are they? Nope. I don't care for all these *ism of man. What is mind blowing huge that we cannot I believe grasp is God aka Christ who is the word who was with God who created everything that is left heaven became His creation. Really dwell on that and try to talk about salvation and who will be saved and Father forgive me and who is blood of Jesus going to burn in hell. Oh if its our kids or spouse talking about hell .. our talk is so much different.

I have kids and I know without a doubt my words anything I say I can not save them. I can not make anyone believe anything I have seen heard know you name it. I had to be mom and dad to my kids I have that bond mothers get. I gave them to Him when they were babies and I never oddly strangely worry about them. He loves them more then I can ever love them. I trust Him. What He does for one as in leaves the 99 He does for all. Again we talk about this but.. what do we do about it? Do we really truly in our hearts believe those we pass by every day work with got to school with believe they are truly lost forever if they never believe in Jesus? And were doing what again? What Christ said was true through out time. The laborers are few

I remember me and my boy were talking he was in highschool at the time I believe. Talking about people salvation and he just started to cry about his friends not knowing Jesus. Truth.. I didn't then nor now have that feeling heart. See not talk about "they are going to burn" holy Jesus.. that would scar any kid. No it was God on his heart. God help us for all the times He asked us to share and we didn't.

:confused:They will go to heaven for mercy of God.
God is not to kill the wicked, but to eliminate human evil. he is living God,not the God of death

Saved, according to Greek, means delivered. The born again child of God is delivered many times by God, as he sojourns here on earth.

If you interpret every salvation scripture as referencing eternal deliverance the scriptures will teach you eternal deliverance by your good works.

My answer to "is the gospel necessary to get eternal salvation"? would be no.
Romans 10:17...So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. How do you reconcile what you stated with this verse?

Do you believe that any of the Muslims and Jews are saved eternally?

If not, then how do you interpret Rev 5:9?

Romans 10:17...So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. How do you reconcile what you stated with this verse?

Eternal deliverance comes only by God's sovereign grace, without any action of mankind. That took place by Jesus redemptive power on the cross for all of those people that his Father gave to him. John 10:27-28 - My sheep (God's elect) hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me, and I give unto them eternal life, and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all, and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand.

God's born again children have no righteousness, except the imputed righteousness of Christ. They have no spiritual faith, except the faith that is a fruit of the indwelling Holy Spirit.

For the LORD's portion is his people, Jacob is the lot of his inheritance (Deut 32:9). Because the house of Jacob turned away from God, and worshiped idols, God said in Deut 32:20, "I will hide my face from them, I will see what their end will be, for they are a very froward generation, children in whom there is no faith".

Faith is not the cause of eternal deliverance.

God preserved a remnant out of the House of Israel/Jacob that trusted in the LORD. Zph 3:12-13 - I will also leave in the mist of thee an afflicted and poor people, and they shall trust in the name of the LORD. The remnant of Israel shall do no iniquity, nor speak lies, neither shall a deceitful tongue be found in their mouth, for they shall feed and lie down, and none shall make them afraid.

I'm having trouble following. Are the ones you refer to in paragraph 1 and paragraph 2 the same people or 2 distinct groups? And are you saying that faith that saves is given to those who believe?

FGC does not believe you need to believe in order to be saved.

Are you saying there is a gospel without Christ and without any mention of
sin that saves?

The gospel I spoke of in post No.16 is reiterated as the "everlasting gospel"
at Rev 14:6-7 which, in my opinion, can be rightfully called the timeless
gospel because it's always been preached in one way or another, practically
since the beginning, whereas the gospel of Christ is relatively recent.
