tell me all about how all of these actions are blameless?
tell me about how Lot looking back, having to be physically dragged out of Sodom by angels because he hesitated to go, is without sin? show me where Lot is ever called sinless?

The NT/New Covenant is all about heart (spirit) ...so that means the view of The Garden changed also. We don't even need to "eat" the fruit of that tree anymore ...we are dead just intending to. spirit/heart = intentions.

The Law of sin and death was about the tree of flesh death because if you didn't follow the flesh Law ...you were "eating" from that tree.

The Law of The Spirit of Life in CHRIST JESUS is about being Guided away from the tree of intentions to die.

Do you really think this was about a literal tree? "pleasant to the eyes" what? GOD was obviously telling about spiritual temptation.
