What an idiotic statement! Get rid of “unknown” and it is impossible to understand what tongues are.

An unknown tongue has absolutely nothing to do with spoken languages duh, that’s why it’s called an unknown tongue, nobody knows that tongue because it DOES NOT exist as a spoken language.

You should apologize for making this ridiculous thread and admit that you know absolutely nothing about speaking in tongues. If you do that and believe EVERY SINGLE WORD in your bible, God will show you exactly what speaking in tongues is and then you can actually do it yourself.

Don’t encourage people to NOT BELIEVE THEIR BIBLES! If your doctrine requires CHANGING THE BIBLE then your doctrine is WRONG. SMH in disgust!
You do realize that the word, "unknown" in the KJV of 1 Corinthians is an addition to the text and does not appear in the Greek? Given that, your position on the matter is entirely without foundation.

You know how the first test revealed I am like jacob and Peter?

I took several others and look at these results.

1) YOUR RESULT IS:
The Sacrificial Leader (Moses/Esther)
You are the sacrificial leader that’s always solving problems for others. You naturally are the leader in any group you’re on and God can trust you to walk in humility and be a conduit of His presence for others. You’re not easily given to pride and in fact regularly examine yourself to make sure that you haven’t fallen out of alignment of God’s will.

2) You are Daniel! You are strong and unbreakable. Even in the face of unmistakable evil you do not crumble. There is not an ounce of weakness within you.

3)
Elisha
You are not a loner like your predecessor, Elijah. You generally work within the system, working your way to the top. You are logical and intelligent but maybe a slight self-conscious. Regardless, people seek your counsel.

That is 6 different persons from the Bible. What's interesting, none of the questions are the same from test to test which guarantees multiple answers. So then, I wonder what Jacob + Peter + Moses + Esther + Daniel + Elisha = to?
I think you took the one I originally took, it also said I was Moses. You and I think alike and we have gotten some of the same results so that is an interesting thing to wonder. What did all these people have in common?
I also think we can have traits that are simlar to others in the bible some to a T while others similar but not quite the same.

Amen!

Many of them have had to persevere major trials.
Some were put into positions they felt not ready to hold.
Some knew the value of a Birthright/Blessing and was willing to do whatever it took to get it.
Some were bold and at times tripped over their own stupidity.

What does that all equal up to?

Someone God can USE!

1Co 14:7 And even things without life giving sound, whether pipe or harp, except they give a distinction in the sounds, how shall it be known what is piped or harped?
1Co 14:8 (KJV) For if the trumpet give an uncertain sound, who shall prepare himself to the battle?

Is the trumpet in verse 18 a life giving sound or no?
You've made an error of interpretation, apparently because you're unaware of a grammatical principle.

The verse has nothing to do with "life-giving sounds" (notice the hyphen). It has to do with sounds made by "things without life". It's a contrast of pipes and harps with humans. If the verse were written, "And even things without life-giving sound, whether pipe or harp..." then you'd have a point. It isn't, though, and therefore your position is groundless.

Well I guess that makes sense then, I know I have had to overcome trial after trail I feel like if reincarnation was a thing I must have been a horrible person in my past life XD
I also know God has brought me into positions I do not feel ready or even worthy of and well yeah all of that kind of adds up.
I know for sure it all adds up for you

I think that is why we have had to go through so much. After all you can tell a lot about a person by a simple handshake, if a person has had it easy their hand is soft and smooth but they have no strength in their grip but if a person who has worked and has hgone through a lot of physical labor shake their hand it hurts because their skin is leathery their grip is strong and without meaning to hurts the other persons hand.

I am eagerly ready and willing for the call, I have made that more than clear to him. So much so I am sure he is laughing at my eagerness and impatience. I know that by nature I am meek tender sensitive caring and lovingly gentle which of course makes people think I am weak and I know what it means to be a doormat but there has always been this fierce warrior inside me I don't even really recognize the person inside it is like me but not me the opposite of the me people percieve and he has been inside me patiently waiting ready for arms ready to move.

And if what God has been speaking to me lately is true then get your arms ready my ffriend because I think the time truly is near where we will be called to arms

I absolutely agree 100%

My own trials have been unbearable and it seems like I have barely made it through them. I pray all the time in my mind and thank God and keep in constant communication. It's how I kept my sanity through it all. But I went through it all for a reason. And I have no doubt that reason will reveal itself very soon. And I know having the Holy Spirit who can help me pray (TONGUES) so God can understand is going to be a major part of what is coming at us!

I also thank him for all I have gone through and like you barely made it out of it all I mean heck my eyes are still not healed and sown shut most of the way for crying out loudXD
But yes you are correct in your thinking what is coming. A few years ago I said on here not knowing what I was talking about saying God is creating a new generation of believers a strong and holy warriors who will walk in his power and anointing more so than anyone has ever seen even more than the apostles at Pentecost and that one day soon he will call us by name and we will stand at the ready.

And in this year alone I have had visions prophetic poems and even a stirring or awakening in my spirit in ways I have never experienced before and apparently I am not the only one who feels and thinks all this it is as if his church is in unity in hearing the spirit, like we sense it we feel it in our bones.

You may be an expert on antichrist bibles but you don’t know anything about the KJV. The trumpet in that verse is the Bible in the KJV.

But those verses are written in tongues and I’m reasonably sure that you don’t speak in tongues.

Why am I not surprised that a person who believes and teaches that all bibles are corrupt would say that.

I believe that is directly from God, Brother, and anyone who has read your post should take it to heart and keep it as a constant reminder.

lets start over, you dont seem to be getting what i am trying to explain.

lets say you have two men, both have wives in the hospital with the flu. both men pray, one man prays in tongues the angel language (mystery /spirit etc), the other man prays in tongues the common language.

please explain the difference in these prayers.
If she is conscious and you want her to understand you pray in your understanding (common language) After you have done that, then also Praying in tongues over the wife will allow the Holy Spirit to pray through you for things you do not know how to pray for and you will speak mysteries directly to God. You can also pray in your understanding over her. And you can also pray in the spirit, you can also interpret tongues if the Spirit leads you to do so. However the intercession in tongues is of great value in and of itself.

Now these things are known to those who have received this gift and it is of no use to pontificate from a position of nonexperience about why you do not believe it. Just let it go. '

No amount of ponitification on the part of the unbeliever is going to convince the believer who has been experiencing the reality for years.

Why would you try to stand dry on a deck and argue about the the nonexistence of a swimming pool to a person who is already swimming in it?
