So were the Ten commandments Gods conditions or were they the Covernant?
The ten commandments grant you the knowledge of sin.

The rest of the law also grants you the knowledge of sin.

They are both the written law that covenant Israel had to obey

The decalogue does not grant life, the decalogue condemns. There is not a conditional statement in the decalogue.
The law grants you the knowledge of sin. It was given to Israel in legal form. No one can obey the law. that was not
the purpose of the law.

The first explicit mention of the Sabbath occurs in the context of the Israelites' journey in the wilderness after the exodus from Egypt.
Gen 2:2 And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.
Gen 2:3 And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.

Exo 20:11 For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.

In verse 11 it is referring to Gen 2, and calls it the sabbath day. The sabbath day started in Gen 2.

While the Sabbath commandment was not explicitly given in Eden,
How much more explicit did God need to be? "And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it". It is not logical for God to set it apart for holy use and not expect anyone to keep it holy.
When was it blessed? when was it sanctified? When was the 7th day made? when was it was it made for mankind?

That's what your doing.

Your in denial that the ten commandments were spoken to Israel (Exodus 20).

Your in denial that the decalogue was in the old covenant.
So i'm not seeing clearly ... Okay?
Isa_8:20 To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.

Was it the majority that was right or wrong in the days of Noah?
Was it the majority that was right in the days of Jesus?
What does the Bible say about the end times that we are living in? ....The majority are decieved?
What do the majority say about the law of God? .....What you are teaching is very popular.

Mat 7:14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
2Ti 4:3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
2Ti 4:4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

Mat_24:24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

i have no wisdom and am a long way from seeing things clearly but i know that the bible states clearly that the Law of liberty, the 10 commandments are still Gods law today regardless of race and age.

Amen.

Its so clear by the teachings of NT teachings the Ten Commandments never ended.

God personally wrote and God personally spoke these words. Exo 31:18 Exo 32:16 No greater Authority than He. I would not want to remove one jot or tittle of the law that sits under His mercy seat where Judgement and mercy come together. Not everyone who says Lord Lord will be in His Kingdom. Mat 7:21-23

James 2:10 For whoever shall keep the whole law, and yet stumble in one point, he is guilty of all.

11 For He who said

“Do not commit adultery, also said, “Do not murder. Now if you do not commit adultery, but you do murder, you have become a transgressor of the law. 12 So speak and so do as those who will be judged by the law of liberty.

The only commandment that has His seal and reveals the Author of His law and our Creator is the Sabbath commandment and its the one commandment that is in constant attack as it comes down to who is our allegiance to- God the creator of heaven and earth Exo 20:11 the Sabbath is His seal and keeping that we are with God Eze 20:20 or is our allegiance to the ones who changed times and laws we are warned about Dan 7:25. We are to live by every Word that proceeds out of the mouth of God Mat 4:4

so, no comment on ellen white.

interesting.
Wasn't it Ellen White who said, "I saw the ten commandments written on them with the finger of God. On one table was four, and on the other six. The four on the first table shone brighter than the other six. But the fourth (the Sabbath commandment,) shone above them all; for the Sabbath was set apart to be kept in honor of God's holy name. The holy Sabbath looked glorious—a halo of glory was all around it."

Didn't she also say, "I saw all that “would not receive the mark of the Beast, and of his Image, in their foreheads or in their hands,” could not buy or sell. I saw that the number (666) of the Image Beast was made up; and that it was the beast that changed the Sabbath, and the Image Beast had followed on after, and kept the Pope's, and not God's Sabbath. And all we were required to do, was to give up God's Sabbath, and keep the Pope's, and then we should have the mark of the Beast, and of his Image."

Compare and Contrast Ellen White's teachings with the Bible (nonsda.org)

This explains why the SDA church is so obsessed with the Sabbath and it also explains why Seventh-day Adventists teach that the near the end of time the "mark of the best" of Revelation 14 will be placed upon those who worship on Sunday instead of Saturday.

The reason the Sabbath shines brighter is it is the only commandment that reveals the Author of God's law the Ten Commandments and reveals the Authority and Creator over all heaven and earth. Its the commandment that contains the seal of God.

Without the power of God, we could never obey God's commandments. Removing the one commandment that reveals the Author, the Authority and the Seal the rest of the law is useless.

Can you imagine having a set of laws that congress passes into government and is not signed by the President, would be useless. The Sabbath is the one commandments that shows God's Authority which leads to the controversy of the last days.

Is our allegiance with the authority of God who created heaven and earth or to the one who changed times and laws Dan 7:25 we are warned about and receive their mark of their authority.

SDA's teach that the Seal of God is given to those who observe the seventh-day as Sabbath

https://www.nonsda.org/study7.shtml
i'd be worried about what God is saying. Not finding fault with others, i'd be asking myself an important question.... What is the truth?

Rev 14:7 Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.

If the mark of the beast is Sunday worship in the place of Sabbath worship, are you in a bad place? If it isn't the mark and the day has no significance, the 7th day sabbath keeppers have nothing to worry about.

Yes, why He pleads for us to come out of Babylon (false teachings). Her and her protestant daughters who drank their wine.

Rev 18:4 And I heard another voice from heaven saying, “Come out of her, my people, lest you share in her sins, and lest you receive of her plagues.

And we are seeing prophecy unfold. The US is taking on the image of the beast where soon there will be no separation between church and State just like Rome.

SDAs place a lot of emphasis on obeying the Ten Commandments, particularly the Fourth Commandment. Their whole end-time eschatology is built upon a great, cosmic conflict that is being played out before the entire universe, and the battle lines have been drawn over the Sabbath Commandment. The conflict over the Sabbath is the final conflict between good and evil, and it is the separating wall that divides "loyal" Christians from "disloyal" Christians. With all this emphasis being placed upon the law, it is no wonder that SDAs have a tendency to get bogged down in legalism.

Mrs. White adds to the problem with some of her legalistic statements such as these:
...The terms of salvation for every son and daughter of Adam are here outlined. It is plainly stated that the condition of gaining eternal life is obedience to the commandments of God.
To obey the commandments of God is the only way to obtain His favor.
He [man] must be reconciled to God through obedience to His law.9
Scripture teaches that our "diligent efforts" have no part in earning God's favor or His reconciliation:
Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified. ...for if righteousness [come] by the law, then Christ is dead in vain. (Gal. 2:16,21)
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: [it is] the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. (Eph. 2:8,9)
There is a danger in any religious philosophy that depends on the diligent efforts of the believer to obtain or earn their salvation.

Bible Truth Versus SDA Doctrine - Dangers of Seventh-day Adventism (nonsda.org)

SDAs seem to spend a lot of time harping on the sin of Sabbath-breaking, but it does not appear to have caught the attention of the authors of the New Testament. SDAs want people to believe that Sunday-keeping is the one heinous sin above all others that identifies someone who is disloyal to God. What about Genocide? Murder? Rape? Child abuse? Greed? Persecution? Blasphemy? Witchcraft? Those sins are lower on the SDA list. According to SDAs, the Mark of the Beast is only Sunday-keeping:
"Sunday-keeping must be the mark of the beast." ... "The reception of his mark must be something that involves the greatest offense that can be committed against God."14
"The Sunday Sabbath is purely a child of the Papacy. It is the mark of the beast."15
"The change of the Sabbath is the sign or mark of the authority of the Romish church." ... "The keeping of the counterfeit Sabbath is the reception of the mark."16
"The sign, or seal, of God is revealed in the observance of the seventh-day Sabbath, the Lord's memorial of creation. . . . The mark of the beast is the opposite of this—the observance of the first day of the week."17
"The mark of the beast is the papal sabbath."18
"What Is the Mark of the Beast?—John was called to behold a people distinct from those who worship the beast and his image by keeping the first day of the week. The observance of this day is the mark of the beast."19
"When the test comes, it will be clearly shown what the mark of the beast is. It is the keeping of Sunday."20
5. What are the "Commandments of God"? The whole teaching of SDAs regarding the Mark of the Beast centers on Revelation 14:12 which says that those who have the "commandments of God" do not receive the mark. SDAs claim that this passage is referring to the Ten Commandments, and Sunday-keepers cannot be keeping the Ten Commandments because the Fourth Commandment instructs worship on Saturday.

The best way to interpret the meaning of John's writings is to compare them with the other writings of John. The Greek word for "commandments" in Rev. 14:12 is entole which means "an order, command, charge, precept, injunction."21 The same word is used repeatedly in the writings of John to refer to the instructions of Christ. John uses an entirely different Greek word in his writings when he refers to the Ten Commandments: nomas. For example:
Did not Moses give you the law {nomos}, and [yet] none of you keepeth the law {nomos}? Why go ye about to kill me? (John 7:19; Jesus is referring to the 6th commandment "Thou shalt not kill"—Ex. 20:13)
According to John, the number one commandment {entolae} of Jesus to the Apostles was not Sabbath-worship, but for them to love one another:
A new commandment {entolae} I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another (John 13:34).
This is my commandment {entolae}, That ye love one another, as I have loved you (John 15:12).
Notice how John refers to the "commandments" of God in his letter:
By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God and observe His commandments {entolas}. For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments {entolas}; and His commandments {entolae} are not burdensome (1 John 5:2-3).
Earlier in the same letter John tells us exactly what the "commandments" of God are:
Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, [then] have we confidence toward God. And whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep His [God's] commandments {entolas} and do the things that are pleasing in His sight. This is His [God's] commandment {entolae}, that we believe in the name of His Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, just as He [God] commanded {entolaen} us. The one who keeps His [God's] commandments {entolas} abides in Him,... (1 John 3:21-24).
From this we can see that in John's writings the "commandments" of God are:
  1. To believe in Jesus Christ
  2. To love one another

rebuke the false teaching with truth.. If it is a false teaching show me where in the bible it is false..

Where in the bible does it say not to keep the sabbath day Holy? Where in the bible does it say we should keep sunday holy?
I have quoted verses many times to show that we should keep the commandments of God. Not to be save but because we are saved.

From this we can see that in John's writings the "commandments" of God are:
  1. To believe in Jesus Christ
  2. To love one another
Mat 22:37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
Mat 22:38 This is the first and great commandment.
Mat 22:39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
Mat 22:40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

Rom 13:8 Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.
Rom 13:9 For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
Rom 13:10 Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.

You can change what the law or the commandments are but the bible clearly states that the ten commandments are to be kept today.
Mat 5:17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
Mat 5:18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
Mat 5:19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

Are you teaching us to break these commandments?

Mat 19:17 And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments.
Mat 19:18 He saith unto him, Which? Jesus said, Thou shalt do no murder, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness,
Mat 19:19 Honour thy father and thy mother: and, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

rebuke the false teaching with truth.. If it is a false teaching show me where in the bible it is false..

Where in the bible does it say not to keep the sabbath day Holy? Where in the bible does it say we should keep sunday holy?
I have quoted verses many times to show that we should keep the commandments of God. Not to be save but because we are saved.
We have already been over this multiple times. The 4th commandment from the old covenant of law remains your achilles heel. (Colossians 2:16-17) Christians under the new covenant find their 'sabbatismos' rest in Christ (Hebrews 4:9) in contrast with keeping the weekly sabbath day under the law.

2 Corinthians 3:6 -who also made us sufficient as ministers of the new covenant, not of the letter but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life. 7 But if the ministry of death, written and engraved on stones, was glorious, so that the children of Israel could not look steadily at the face of Moses because of the glory of his countenance, which glory was passing away, 8 how will the ministry of the Spirit not be more glorious? 9 For if the ministry of condemnation had glory, the ministry of righteousness exceeds much more in glory.

The law on our heart and mind is the love of the Spirit, not the law of the letter.

Again, I am teaching that the law on our heart and mind is the love of the Spirit, not the law of the letter. (2 Corinthians 3:6-9)

Have you flawlessly obeyed all 10 commandments 100% of the time? Of course you have not. (Romans 3:23; 6:23) Let him who is without sin cast the first stone. I find it interesting that you constantly talk about the 10 commandments (with a heavy emphasis on the 4th commandment) but have very little to say about the gospel. (Acts 15:7-9; Romans 1:16; 1 Corinthians 15:1-4)

Jesus showed the rich young ruler how short he falls of keeping even the first commandment (Exodus 20:3) which is the first of the two great commandments. (Deuteronomy 6:5; Matthew 22:37) The rich young ruler confidently and (self-righteously) declared that he has kept the commandments from his youth up and qualified for heaven under those terms. Yet Jesus knew the man's wealth had become his idolatrous god, which kept him from believing in Jesus unto salvation (John 3:18) so he has not kept the commandments from his youth up.

The rich young ruler missed the point that Jesus was making, failed to place his faith in Jesus for salvation, and continued instead to trust in his riches (Matthew 19:21-23). He went away sad because he could not part from his great wealth, not even in exchange for eternal life. If keeping the commandments is the basis or means by which we receive eternal life, then why isn't this remark the pattern for all discussions concerning eternal life? Paul would have said to the jailer who asked, "what must I do to be saved?" by replying in Acts 16:31 - "keep the commandments and you will be saved," yet instead, Paul said - "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved.."

Jesus knows the hearts of all men and responds to each individual a little differently because He knows where their need is. He didn't respond to the woman at the well, or to Nicodemus or to the rich young ruler the exact same way, yet the consistent pattern in scripture is salvation by grace through faith, not works. (Ephesians 2:8,9)

Isaiah 56:1 Thus says the Lord:

“Keep justice, and do righteousness,
For My salvation is about to come,
And My righteousness to be revealed
.

2 Blessed is the man who does this,
And the son of man who lays hold on it;
Who keeps from defiling the Sabbath,
And keeps his hand from doing any evil.”

6.“Also the sons of the foreigner
Who join themselves to the Lord, to serve Him,
And to love the name of the Lord, to be His servants
Everyone who keeps from defiling the Sabbath,
And holds fast My covenant

No wonder we have this warning about misunderstanding Pauls words 2 Peter 3:16. Only God can reverse His blessing Num 23:20 and there is no thus saith the Lord that we can forget the Sabbath commandment that He said to Remember and keep holy. Exo 20:8
