Quite a load of bafflegab you've got going on there buddy. Hardly put a dent in the pretrib rapture though. Nothing and nobody I've come across has yet. Inevitably they prove they do not understand the Bible.
Well then you'll have no trouble quoting Jesus on the matter, good luck.

Yeah, so have most failed rapture prognosticators. Levitt, Camping and the whole HeeHaw gang.
Well I see hhhmmmm wow you must of got that you tube education diploma like some others I know.
When your interest is the truth there are many here that can guide you.
The rapture is in fact suggested in many scriptures and believed by many. It cannot be just dismissed as a pipe dream.

It a fairy tale and a shame any believer has given ear to such nonsense. But with your unprovoked display of ignorance above its not a surprise .

I am confused that you do not acknowledge and use the Word of God to correct you. You seem to be rude . I am not confused. However hard it may be . So you are saying that the 24 elders are part of the company in the next chapter. Are they singing a different song at a different time or is it a chorus. Yeah , going down these rabbit trails is a bit confusing when the rather than trying to fit the timing of the rapture from the Book of Revelation you could use plain statements of scripture . Such as The Last Day when the dead in Christ rise, which is the the same day the living believers are translated . Namely 1 Thessalonians 4,16 . God is not the author of confusion . Seems pretty clear , to me at least.
This is not confusing. Not confusing. At all.

Rev 1:6
"...and hath made us kings and priests..."

Rev 5:10
"...and hast made us kings and priests..."

I prefer a kingdom of priests . What has a reference of that scripture have to do the timing of the rapture ?

Because it objectively proves the Church is residing in glory in heaven before the chapter 6 Daniel's 70th week of God's wrath begins.

And it is the fulfillment of the promise that Jesus provides in Revelation 3:10.

This my friend is not how we debate. One more question please. Is Israel saved in the end of doomed?
Or are we spiritual Israel?

Nothing supports pre-trib rapture better than made up gaps in prophecy, when reality bites just pretend.

What just said CV5 is you don’t have to jump around to fit a lot of your theology into a lot of different books. THE DAY OF THE LORD , THE COMING OF THE DAY OF GOD, GOD IS COMING BACK ! I hope to be ready. But at least I know when I rise from the dead . When He comes back . On that day. The same day as the rapture. Lol

For your information, The Day of the Lord has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with the Church. Because the Church won't even be around to experience it. As has just been illustrated to you in the last couple of posts.

TDOTL is for the earth dwellers......Israel and the gentiles. Those who missed out on the age of grace aka the Church age.

. “A royal priesthood” (1 Pet. 2:9)
. “An holy nation” (1 Pet. 2:9).
“A peculiar people” (1 Pet. 2:9).

James said that believers are: “Heirs of the kingdom” (Jas. 2:5)

. John said that believers are: “The sons of God” (Jn. 1:12)
. “Kings and priests unto God” (Rev. 1:6)

I'm sorry but we are the once and future Israel? In other words has the church replaced Israel?

FreeGrace2 said:
Being "filled with the Spirit" is a command to obey. Being indwelt and being filled are 2 different things.
Every believer has the Holy Spirit in them. Gal 3:2,5 which is by saving faith.

However, Paul gave 2 commands of what not to do:
1. do not grieve the Holy Spirit, Eph 4:30
2. do not quench the Spirit, 1 Thess 5:19

And 2 commands of what TO do:
1. be filled with the Spirit, Eph 5:18
2. walk by means of the Spirit, Gal 5:16

One cannot be filled when they are either grieving or quenching the Spirit.

To be filled with the Holy Spirit is when one is empowered by the Spirit.

.....and not every believer is filled according to scripture. And the Holy Spirit cannot be commanded to dwell with in.
Exactly. The subject of 1 John 1 is fellowship with the Lord. v.9 shows what breaks fellowship; sin. Which is why the ONLY WAY to be restored to fellowship is through confession of sin. I'm not talking about the salvation relationship. That is permanent and cannot be broken.

The Bible uses terminology of marriage to describe the believer's relationship to Christ (wife, bride). Now, in a human marriage, when one spouse offends the other, is there harmony or disharmony? This is what being "out of fellowship" looks like.

How is this disharmony restored? The offending spouse needs to confess their offense in order to be back in fellowship again.

So marriage is a picture of our relationship to Christ. When the believer sins, they are out of fellowship with the Lord and lose the blessings that are part of being in fellowship.

So, confession of sin restores fellowship. Being filled is a command and therefore God's will for the believer.

1 John 5:14,15
14 This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us.
15 And if we know that he hears us—whatever we ask—we know that we have what we asked of him.

The key to this passage is to be in fellowship before we "ask anything according to His will". v.15 refects the truth of Isa 66:18 - If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me:

So, in order for the Lord to hear the believer, they must be in fellowship (have all sins confessed). Then, 1 John 5:14 tells us we can ask anything (to be filled) which is according to His will.

Can a man believe without being drawn ?
John 12:32 - And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me.

Here, "all" does mean "everyone".

However, not everyone responds to the drawing. By dying for the sins of the whole world, Jesus has drawn everyone. It was the greatest expression of love in the universe. All that's left is the response. Not everyone responds to acts of love.

Bear in mind of the 7 letters to 7 Churches were real historical Churches of that era. Sardis and Laodocea had ridiculously profound "falling away" problems. And that was 2000 years ago.

Framed in that reality this "end time falling away" business holds no water. In fact the apostasy created by Constantine was probably the greatest of all time. Forced conversions of unbelievers were the norm not the exception.
When it says in the first chapter that this is a PROPHECY, and things will "take place after these things", be absolutely sure that this last book of the bible covers the ENTIRE church age. John was only using the current places, names and concepts to describe the future, using what he knew to describe what he didn't know, what he was familiar with for what he was NOT familiar with. Although it says in chapter 1 that this is addressing to the seven churches in Asia, later in chapter 4, the Lamb appears with seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven spirits that are sent out to the ENTIRE WORLD, did you catch that?

One can't "put a dent" in what doesn't exist, buddy. Everyone knows that.

Now, if you actually DID have a verse showing Jesus taking glorified believers to heaven, you'd have something.

Could you provide any of the "many scriptures" that actually "suggest" a pretrib rapture?
