The following parable is a contrast between the Jews and Gentiles. The JEWS are invited to the WEDDING BANQUET and reject. SO the GENTILES are gathered, given a wedding garment and CALLED GUESTS of the WEDDING BANQUET.

I want someone to prove to me HOW the GUESTS at a wedding banquet can ALSO be the BRIDE!

The kingdom of heaven is like a king who prepared a wedding banquet for his son. He sent his servants to call those he had invited to the banquet, but they refused to come. Again, he sent other servants and said, ‘Tell those who have been invited that I have prepared my dinner. My oxen and fattened cattle have been killed, and everything is ready. Come to the wedding banquet. But they paid no attention and went away, one to his field, another to his business. And the rest seized his servants, treated them spitefully, and killed them. But when the king heard about it, he was furious. And he sent out his armies, destroyed those murderers, and burned up their city. Then he said to his servants, ‘The wedding is ready, but those who were invited were not worthy. Therefore go into the highways, and as many as you find, invite to the wedding. So those servants went out into the highways and gathered together all whom they found, both bad and good. And the wedding hall was filled with guests. “But when the king came in to see the guests, he saw a man there who did not have on a wedding garment.
What problem in particular are you addressing?
What are you getting at.

Sounds like you got it all figured.
Not hardly........no one does.....I just try to be HONEST and true to the inspired verbiage and let it speak instead of forcing my own interpretation.

Billionsbillions die in thr b
More proof that you really do not understand what you are talking about......GOD writes revelation to 7 churches....the FAITHFUL per the 7 letters are told they will BE KEPT during that time frame....the word KEEP/KEPT = hedge up, guard, protect from loss or HARM....NOT remove.

We are done arguing.....I was raised in a church that crammed that crap down our throat (Imminent return) it is not supported by scripture. If you want to believe you are going to "poof" and disappear in some magical imminent return where everyone wonders where you went.....have a ball.

The bible is clear......some will be protected, hidden, preserved until the PAROUSIA of CHRIST and if he did not COME when he does NO FLESH will be left alive!
Again,millions/billions die in the gt through martyrdom.
You have no case.

Take it up with God...he inspired the verbiage and it is obvious that you and a few others dismiss the inspired words......

EVERY word of God is inspired <----in your case only the words you choose to embrace are inspired!
You got that catchphrase deflect deal down pat huh?

Listen.....after dealing with you numerous times over the last few years I can say that nothing you say will change my mind. You have consistently proven to be dishonest with the text and the inspired words that are utilized.

Deal with this in light of your 3 comings....and if you cannot be honest....do not even reply because I will not respond to your drivel.

Coming <---Parousia-->BODY PRESENCE

WAS <--past tense
IS <---PRESENT TENSE
IS to COME <---FUTURE TENSE and ONE and ONLY ONE coming <---ALL things must JIVE with ONE BODY PRESENCE...and THEY DO!

We're done until you can get honest!

I meant that you've got it figured out - it's a great mystery and no one will ever be able to understand.

BTW I didn't force anything. When a man and woman get married, their flesh DOES NOT become one, that only happens when they conceive. 23 chromosomes from the man and 23 chromosomes from the woman produce the NEW MAN.

That analogy is to be applied to Christ and the church. When Christ puts his DNA (the word of God, the incorruptible SEED) in us, the result is the NEW MAN.

Why is that hard to understand?

i wish the word rapture dies a quick death and we go back to the word resurrection what it actually is.
These two words are two very distinct things (and it is not too "difficult" to distinguish them).

--"resurrection" is "to stand again, on the earth"

--"rapture" is "a catching away/up [in the air]"

[note: this latter one listed ^, pertains SOLELY to "the Church which is His body," not to all other saints of all OTHER time periods: not to OT saints, not to Trib saints, not to MK saints]

I want someone to prove to me HOW the GUESTS at a wedding banquet can ALSO be the BRIDE!

The kingdom of heaven is like […]
I keep mentioning this... that they are NOT the same.

However, what you are stepping over, is the fact that, "in this present age [singular]," BOTH Jew and Gentile alike who become saved, is who 2Cor11:2 applies to, where it says, "For I [Paul] am jealous over you [corporate, plural 'you'] with godly jealousy: for I have betrothed you [corporate, plural 'you'] to One Husband, that I may present A CHASTE VIRGIN [SINGULAR] to Christ."

If Paul were only addressing the Jewish believers here, you might have a case. But he is NOT.

"In this present age [singular]," every believer (Jew and Gentile alike!) becomes a member of that ONE BODY (whom I believe is also "the Bride/Wife [SINGULAR]); but after our Rapture, the Jews and Gentiles remain distinct (during the trib years) where the Jews [having come to faith WITHIN the trib] will do the INVITING (to their promised and prophesied EARTHLY Millennial Kingdom [aka "the kingdom OF THE heavenS" ^ ] and it is the Gentiles who must accept [or reject] THAT INVITATION (TO the EARTHLY MK<---*WE* are NOT the ones DOING *THAT* task ["in this present age [singular]"]… nor IS it US [BEING "invited" to that/"the wedding FEAST/SUPPER"])

The Greek definite article translated "THE" points to what is known and an obvious conclusion.......and I never said you were dumb!

And the "DEFINITE" article is APPLIED to NEW JERUSALEM and IDENTIFIED as THE BRIDE........

You are not giving me the VERSE you are quoting from.

The speed at which we are transformed or resurrected has nothing to do with the TIMING of the actual event!

I think think it does. The unwise virgins did not have time to go buy oil for their lamps, before the DOOR was Shut unto them. That OIL symbolizes the Holy Spirit coming into our Human Spirit, birthing it into Eternal Life; therefore they DID NOT HAVE TIME TO MAKE A DECISION to choose CHRIST AS THERE LORD. Like I said IMO, the Parable of the 10 Virgins is all about the RAPTURE. I know you do not believe the Second Coming is the Rapture. HOWEVER by contrast, the SECOND COMING happens so slow, the world's armies have time to Gather at the Valley of Megiddo, prepared to make war against the KING OF Kings. That previous line was for the benefit of those who think the Rapture and the Second Coming are the same event.

I just figured out how you misunderstand me, some times. When I write a post, I seldom mean it for just one person, I WRITE A POST FOR EVERY BODY on the board, and THOSE WHO NEVER POST, BUT READ OUR POSTS. I will bare that in mind and show with as sentence like I just put there: I know you do not believe the Second Coming is the Rapture. So sometimes I am not talking to you personally, because I realize there will others who read this post, who could have a other view, that spawn from errors in scripture.

Will that work for you ?

Uh,that says nothing about them NOT dying
We can see they do in fact die.

I tell you a fact, that millions/billions die in the gt.
You get all upset and seem to try to refute it.
What is going on.

It's simple...you are wrong.
Just agree with the bible.

It either is or is not there.
Since we can all see they die, just admit it.
There is no honest/dishonest straw man.
That is just part of your deflection.

And btw, anger does nothing for the points you are deflecting.
You are still wrong

Here is a thought...

Where in the bible is every believer called 'the church' ?

Matthew 16:18 has Jesus referring to the church.. but this would be in the sense of the institution of the church... of local and visible churches plural. Why?

Because Jesus refers to local church discipline with 'tell it to the church' in Matthew 18:16.
Why would He refer to a church of every believer then switch to a different meaning in Matthew 18?

Jesus always used the word ASSEMBY, not Church.

Matthew 16:18 (YLT)
18 `And I also say to thee, that thou art a rock, and upon this rock I will build my assembly, and gates of Hades shall not prevail against it;

So did the Apostles:

Acts 14:23 (YLT)
23 and having appointed to them by vote elders in every assembly, having prayed with fastings, they commended them to the Lord in whom they had believed.

1 Corinthians 1:2 (YLT)
2 to the assembly of God that is in Corinth, to those sanctified in Christ Jesus, called saints, with all those calling upon the name of our Lord Jesus Christ in every place--both theirs and ours:

2 Thessalonians 1:1 (YLT)
1 Paul, and Silvanus, and Timotheus, to the assembly of Thessalonians in God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ:

James 5:14 (YLT)
14 is any infirm among you? let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, having anointed him with oil, in the name of the Lord,

3 John 1:6 (YLT)
6 who did testify of thy love before an assembly, whom thou wilt do well, having sent forward worthily of God,

Revelation 2:1 (YLT)
1 `To the messenger of the Ephesian assembly write: These things saith he who is holding the seven stars in his right hand, who is walking in the midst of the seven lamp-stands--the golden:

That word was CHANGED to Church long before the English Bible came into existance.

QUOTE:
Greek NASB Number: 1577:

Greek Word: ἐκκλησία

Transliterated Word: ekklêsia
Root: from 1537 and 2564;

Definition: an assembly
,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,a (religious) congregation:--

List of English Words and Number of Times Used
assembly (3),
church (74),
churches (35),
congregation (2).

New American Standard Exhaustive Concordance of the Bible.
END QUOTE.

Note 74 and 35 times it was changed to Church or Churches, when originally it was ASSEMBLY.
