All I can say is WOW...and even if he had not entered into the PROMISED LAND (seen far off), his outward health was a testament that he, even though he forgot to give glory to GOD first before striking the ROCK, was inwardly very healthy in the sight of GOD...

This of course, does not hold truth to all...but with regards to Moses...it is sure that GOD did not forsake Moses at all...
