Numbers 21:24 (NASB) .,.,Then Israel struck him with the edge of the sword, and took possession of his land from the Arnon to the Jabbok.,.,.
It is clear, Israel has not changed their ways. The Lord told them not to murder, not to steal and yet even today they murder children and steal their land.

Nothing has changed

(Ezek 21:25 KJV) And thou, profane wicked prince of Israel, whose day is come, when iniquity shall have an end,

(Ezek 21:31 KJV) And I will pour out mine indignation upon thee, I will blow against thee in the fire of my wrath, and deliver thee into the hand of brutish men, and skillful to destroy.

(Ezek 21:32 KJV) Thou shalt be for fuel to the fire; thy blood shall be in the midst of the land; thou shalt be no more remembered: for I the LORD have spoken it.

Back then the verse speaks of a future event.
That event will occur in your lifetime

Sit back and watch it unfold
