I know God did not give at least one of them the gift. ( I will not name names, it is not for me to judge openly about a person salvation) I do not even believe that person is saved (he believes in a works based save yourself gospel)

As for the rest of your list, If God gave you that gift, thats great,

1. They did not come from the “baptism of the spirit” they come ffrom the HS coming INSIDE YOU (which is called annointing) ..

EG, I was born again when I received the baptism. I "felt" a wind step into me. We all may have different experiences.


2. What my aunt witnessed, and i have seen in many churches is not from God (I have never been to any of your churches so I can not speak for your church

We sang with one hand raised as testimony to what God has done in our lives. Nothing wrong with this.

But, worship in Spirit singing both truth and then in tongues is different EG. No one can explain but am sure it's a direct connection with heaven.

By the way, I received the baptism at Dallas Texas in the arena at a meeting Christians called Explo '72. Bill Bright connected with the Billy Graham ministry.

No Holy rolling nor a church in either experience. Just Him.

This is an interesting point.
I would like to point out that before the Lord we are meant to act as doing everything for Him.
So showing disrespect is not our role or spirit against anyone.

It is hard to balance this with attacks against evil and hypocrisy, but Jesus attacked the people
who were behaving in a particular way rather than one individual. Nicodemus for instance was
a teacher, and came humbly to Jesus.

well I'll step out here and really loose the respect of all the naysayers

I have heard, more than once literal choirs and I know of at least one other person who had the same experience, while I was worshiping

at other times, I have had the impression of singing with many others

I understood it was a kind of 'heavenly' experience...not for once saying I was in heaven because I was not..but we do see and feel things by the Spirit of God that are real and our walks are personal

not a roller here either LOL!

there is a spiritual realm and I don't go looking for experience. far far from it

I have seen them in a few churches, and I saw them in my aunt’s church.

And yes, also on TV, but sis, those are real churches..I also know like many churches, their are people who go all out (like those churches) and people who have peaceful not so out there church services where all the stuff does not happen.

I am not saying this happens in your church, if you think I was. Forgive me.. Its been prety heated in here today.

I would never tell you what all has happened to me. I come across as a quiet person, and I am. But, in the Spirit is another thing.

And experiences? I said one time to the Lord that I would love to dance before Him. Am not able to do so anymore because of pain.

He whisked me up right away and I'm dancing in the Spirit. 😉

Everyone in my area speaks English as I do so I preach the Gospel to them in English.
Been working very well for over 50 years. So, why do I need to speak in other languages?
