It deals with the lack of understanding what the breath of life is in one of the posts in this thread. It is a thread, do you know what a thread does? It ties things together.......ergo I replied to one of the previous posts.

I would think the buying and selling in respect to a mark would represent the gospel truth. We are to buy it and not sell it.

I have lost count the amount of times the buying and selling reference when dealing with the mark of the beast. I do not know why it is so hard to accept it is something that is technological. Why is it so hard to see the evidence of where technology is leading us?

Technology is what is worshipped today. SMART this and SMART that, more and more products are being made to be SMART Self-Monitoring Analysis and Reporting Technology ) Won't be long before people become SMART compliant (and by that I don't mean intelligent)

Technology is merely a tool, but today it is going beyond that, one could say technology is what is keeping people in bondage. Look what is happening in the world. AI is taking over, jobs that once were done by men, machines are taking over, and this will become more worse. What is left for a man to do when jobs are no longer available because AI took over? How they gonna survive without a income? This is where Universal Basic Income comes into practice, but there be a fine print to this. The fine print that people will overlook.

I would offer the image of the beast of the field.... is the image of mankind. Man with woman one creation. Created on the sixth day from the dust of the field. 666 would represent a unknown unrevealed number.. "if a man can number the dust of the earth"

666 represents natural unconverted man marked as a restless wanderer, the mark of Cain...... receiving no rest as if he could if he would of mixed faith in what he heard and believed God not seen. His heart remained hard all his life with no hope of rising to new life. . A punishment he declared to God as a punishment is greater than he can bear.

I have to disagree with your assessment on the image of the beast, because a careful analysis of the text concerned, going by our current period in time indicates something that is technological.

The greek word for image is G1504 eikon, and that can mean a statue, a likeness. A statue that talks has the footprint of being robotic, this is the evidence. We see robots today made too look like there creators, and they talk. The fact they look so close to their creators is quite amazing.

Now with reference to 666, the oldest manuscripts known to date have it listed as 616, but the fragments concerned indicate the writing of these 3 letters at the time may actually be a reference to a old style hebrew. For people who are interested have just google 666 vs 616

With these types of locusts, I too agree these are not your everyday locusts. There are descriptions concerned if looking at it from a technological point of view, the descriptions given indicate some type of drone or robotic construct that has military applications. And like locusts, drones can be in swarms.

The reference to the tails and stingers like scorpions perhaps could be some kind of rear mounted weapons, instead of killing person, they get stunned or tasered.

Having the faces of men could be a reference to that these things will have some kind of camera lens. Looking at the cameras on some of these mobile phones, some have twin lenses, and gives the shape of a man's face with 2 eyes, the lens being the eyes.

The lions teeth reference, have a look at those big massive teeth, the shape of them, those 4 canine teeth, they could easily be a reference to some kind of missile.

Have to admit, the reference to the hair like women has got me confused, the only thing I can think of is the physical characteristics of a womans hair is that it is long (well generally speaking it is long), and if going by some kind of electronic construct, maybe the hair could be a reference to the wiring/cables??

IN the age we live in, these locusts could be a reference to a military robot weapon of some kind.

At first glance I could see how one might interpret the description of these things as being future technological machines. However, when taking the entire context into consideration it becomes obvious that John is not describing helicopters or any other future vehicles. The first clue is that a star/angel has to open the Abyss in order to let them out. This is the same Abyss that the demons collectively called "Legion" begged Jesus not to send them into (Luke 16:19-31). This cannot be an underground helicopter base because when it is opened smoke comes out of it like that of a great furnace, which would be indicative of the activity in the bowels of the earth.

And second, it is stated in verse 11 that these beings have a king over them, which is the angel of the Abyss. This is the same angel referred to as the beast who once was, now is not and yet will come, who currently resides in the Abyss and will be coming out of it and will be the one kills the two witnesses. That they look like locusts and look like horses prepared for battle, have hair like women's hair, teeth like and human faces, is just a description of what these demonic beings will look like.

And thirdly, it states that people will seek to die in order to escape these things but won't be able to because death will flee from them and that because during that trumpet death will not be in operation. Taking this into consideration, currently we know that people are able to commit suicide because practically every day we see some celebrity or others who take their own lives. So, it will only be by the power of God that people will not be able to kill them selves.

During the fifth trumpet there will be no fatalities, but will be specifically for tormenting the inhabitants of the earth for five months (v.5 & v10) and that by those demonic beings who come out of the Abyss with tails and stingers like that of a scorpion.

Trumpets 5, 6 and 7, are referred to as "woes" and I believe that the reason for this is because all three of them are demonic in nature.

Fifth Trumpet = Demonic beings resembling locusts torment the inhabitants with tails and stings like that of a scorpion

Sixth Trumpet = Four angels and their demonic army of 200 million kill a third of the earths population via fire, smoke and sulfur

Seventh Trumpet = Satan and his angels are kicked out of heaven and restricted to the earth in the middle of the seven

That's why I continue to say that many do not understand the severity and magnitude of what will be coming upon the earth during the time of God's wrath via the seals, trumpets and bowl judgments.

Just to somewhat back track to the image of the beast reference, there is something else that also should be considered, and this is in reference to this transhumanism agenda.

Now the reference to "give breath" could also translate as "give life" or "give a spirit" depending on the translation. Now if notice the word "give" depending on the context used, an alternative word used can be "transfer" (this can be confirmed in some dictionaries).

Now the reference to "breath/life"? How can one explain this? Is this a reference to a person's personaility? That special essence in us that makes us who we are and what makes us different from being just a plain robot or drone?

We are already seeing science and technology heading to the direction of convincing people to have their "personality" uploaded to a computer so said person can have eternal life. It is crazy, but there are people out there that believe this nonsense. Have these people ever heard of the "delete button".

So what if this reference to the image of the beast could actually be some kind of transfer of a individuals personality from one vessel to another? Check out the project 2045 initiative. Look at the descriptions of Avatar B, C and D. And avatar can be used as an alternative for image.

The big question is why is the image made in the first place?

Here is a interesting question, what could the reaction be if a person who was once human, all of a sudden wakes up and finds his brain encased in a robotic body like a cyberman (Doctor Who fans will know what the reference is) Could such a individual literally go insane?

My take on this is that, First off it is the false prophet who has the inhabitants of the earth make an image in honor of the beast who survives his fatal wound. Therefore, the image is made specifically for the beast and in his likeness and not the inhabitants of the earth.

Scripture states that the second beast/false prophet, "was permitted to give breath to the image of the first beast, so that the image could speak." I believe that it is because John hears this image speak that he attributes it to having life. However, as we all know, there are many computer operated devices such as phones, automobiles, GPS, etc., which now speak to us. Therefore, it is possible that in John's vision, he is seeing an image of the beast which houses a computer and what he heard was computer language protocol, i.e. the computer speaking, ergo, it's alive.

I personally believe that the image of the beast, though not mentioned by name, is none other than the abomination that cause desolation. Since Daniel describes the abomination being set up in the middle of the seven years and Revelation is covering that entire time period, it is strange that the abomination is not mentioned. But I believe that it is, although not by the same name, but by description. I believe that this image of the beast is the abomination and is what will be set up in the holy place within the temple.

The problem with this is that, the abomination is said to be set up in middle of the last seven years, with Christ returning to the earth to end the age at the end of the seven years. Jesus confirms this in Matt.24:15-22 after his disciples asked Him what would be the sign of His coming and the end of the age. Regarding this time period the Lord says "If those days had not been cut short, nobody would survive. But for the sake of the elect, those days will be shortened." The reason those days will be shortened is because Jesus returns to the earth to end the age.

In addition, Jesus said that the generation where those signs begin to take place would not pass away until all of those things that he mentioned had come to pass and which usher in the Lord's return to end the age. Therefore, the abomination being apart of those signs, could not have been set up in 639 AD, because it would mean that 3 1/2 years later would have been the end of that generation and the end of the age, neither of which has yet taken place.

Therefore, your description above could not have been the fulfillment of the abomination being set up, but is yet future and will be fulfilled in conjunction with the Lord's return to the earth to end the age.

That's one way to look at it. Why is it so hard to see that the word of God is not concerned with the political nations of this world and the buying and selling has to do with the gospel not worldly goods?

At same time making all other payment methods obsolete or illegal?

And heat is a form of energy. And devices that are cordless require a transfer of energy to operate. Battery needs to be charge so as to function.

Oh I agree. Has to be a decision a person makes, knowing the consequences of what happens after acceptance. Regarding this time period the Lord says "If those days had not been cut short, nobody would survive. But for the sake of the elect, those days will be shortened." The reason those days will be shortened is because Jesus returns to the earth to end the age.

In addition, Jesus said that the generation where those signs begin to take place would not pass away until all of those things that he mentioned had come to pass and which usher in the Lord's return to end the age. Therefore, the abomination being apart of those signs, could not have been set up in 639 AD, because it would mean that 3 1/2 years later would have been the end of that generation and the end of the age, neither of which has yet taken place.

Therefore, your description above could not have been the fulfillment of the abomination being set up, but is yet future and will be fulfilled in conjunction with the Lord's return to the earth to end the age.

If you're really speaking of His "RETURN" ^ , there are only two passages where Jesus uses "RETURN," and these two passages demonstrate that a great many things FOLLOW said "RETURN": Luke 12:36-37,38,40,42-44 (see its parallels); and Luke 19:12,15,17,19 (note what takes place in that context, following the "RETURN" to the earth, there in that context).

I’m not taking anything unless I have to in order to survive. I don’t go to doctors, don’t take any medications, I eat non-GMO foods if at all possible. So yes I know all of this tech stuff is bad.

But I’m sure you know about nano particles in chemtrails gmo foods and all the rest that are already genetically modifying us right now.
