Interesting! Thank you for posting that for me, sis :)

Is there such a thing as too much purple?:giggle::geek::giggle:

My wardrobe is mostly multiple shades of purple, with a wee bit of dusty rose, fuchsia, and black...

In my living space, purple is used as an accent colour, such as pillows, throws, vases etc :D

Though I do also have one small wall in my living room painted lavender,
and my bedroom is also painted very subtle shades of purple. As a teen
I painted my second (and last) room-to-myself two shades of purple:
lavender and mauve, with the ceiling cut on a diagonal to contrast with
the wall where the ceiling joined the walls, and the door jambs and
window sill/frame the other colour from the walls they were on, also...
plus every stick of furniture in my room I painted mauve and lavender as well
It became known as "the purple room" after I moved away from home :giggle:

Do you have a fave color that dominates your wardrobe or living space?
Oh, I also like to buy kitchen utensils in pink and purples, and I have
durable plastic cutlery that is magenta colored, as well as purple plates :D

People often ask me if I have a purple car LOL

But alas! Purple is a rare color in automobiles :(;)
As a child growing up in my parents' home, I painted my bedroom a darkish shade of purple. I think that I presently have only 2 purple shirts, one of them being a Christian t-shirt that I designed and used to sell before the whole Amazon fiasco, but I do light some lavender incense every now and then (cinnamon is my favorite by far) if that counts for anything.

My son also recently revealed to me that his favorite color is purple, but, to my knowledge, he only has one purple "PUMA" hoodie that I bought him not too long ago.

Sorry for not really being “here” (I know I shouldnt be sorry) but stuff going on with family, stress.. you know. “Stuff”. just trying To get through it all and with the Holy Spirit talking through me.. and NOT my flesh.
Girl, you just made my day for just showing up. Like I’ve been ranting on about to you before, I’m going through a lot right now, and posting is like a lot of work I think. The good Lord will prevail, though.

Many years back I used to type everything I wrote here in pink. Maybe I should try doing it again? Like some signature.

I will check a person over when they inform me that their favorite color is purple also...
and more often than not find not so much as a stitch of any shade thereof on their person!

That is clearly cheating not to wear a shred of your favorite color

I have seen other purple people out and about at various times also :D

I likewise think it is cheating if their footwear is not purple as well :D:p:geek::devilish::giggle:

Nowadays purple footwear is easier to come by than
before when I had to paint my boots and shoes

I have worn almost exclusively purples for over thirty years now :D

Total strangers will ask me if my underwear is purple too!!! o_O

The noive!!! :LOL::ROFL::LOL:

I have my glasses tinted purple also :)

A building neighbor once said, "Oh! Even your glasses match your outfit today!"

I responded by saying: "No, they match my outfit every day!" :giggle:

Another time when someone in the elevator asked me if purple was my favorite color,
I replied by saying, "No, I actually don't like it at all, and only wear it for therapy."

They were like, "Really???" And I said, "No, not really." LOLOLOLOLOLOL

I just could not help myself haha, as I get asked that question a lot.

However, I have decided it is much more agreeable to simply go along with the fact that
people do not always know my tastes and inclinations, or how often I am queried on such :)

How old is your son? :)

Awww, thank you muchly, Lil'Bit :)

That photo is from almost two years ago now, and chemo has done a bit of a number on my skin :oops:

But I wanted to show my purple tinted specs, and don't wear my glasses all that
often, especially these day when I hardly ever get out of my apartment at all

Plus I have prolly lost somewhere between 10- 20 pounds since then...

and you KNOW how extra weight helps chub out the skin tone LOL

My son is 13.

My two daughters are 18 and 15.

I spent most of the day with them today.

It's good to have my car back, and it ran fine today, so hopefully they truly fixed the problem.

Thats my favorite movie!! And yes... it was a pretty wild movie. I also love her in Charades. That’s a really good one too. Sorry... I love classic movies like that. 😊😊

I deliberately tipped my cap like that in the photo to indicate that I try to see everything through the cross of Christ.

And, yes, I might be six feet under without the ability to laugh.

With all that I've been through in this life, if I didn't pause to laugh every now and then, then I'd probably die of a broken heart.

Not broken in the sense of my own hurts, but rather broken in the sense of my genuine care for others who have rejected the gospel.
Hey now, that is pretty... cool :D

My three children were beside me, making goofy faces, in the full photo. I'm really not a "selfie" type of guy. I cropped them out because I don't want to post photos of them online.

Life hasn't always been easy, but I love my children to pieces.

I DEFINITELY hit the jackpot three times with them.
