It actually moves and stuff. It's a real dog that they put in there. But it doesn't leave that spot. It's like a tired dog lol.
Yes, I saw it was real and moved etc, but still, four hours? LOL

It looks like a lovely cozy space, that's for sure :)(y)

I just put the finishing touches on this panel, which I started some time ago

My goodness, the file properties say it was created February 11th

Luke 6:45 A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart brings forth evil. For out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks.

You really know how to pick verses to get my spirit soaring. I don't always have verse "speak" to me in a special way but usually do when it's your panels. Please post them more often.

I just thought everything was fake, dog included
I thought it was an animated 3d model on a fake background
I actually have a degree in 3D computer modeling and animation and I can always tell because the animated stuff never moves very naturally. Real animals and humans have a lot of subtle little movements and combinations in their movements that 3d modeling doesn't recreate or never gets quite right. But of course there's always a chance that someone spent tons of time programming the movements of that dog to make it look very natural.

I have fallen quite behind in getting my panels onto my own thread for such things, but even so, I have been posting them, even the ones not on my own thread yet, around the site as it seems appropriate, or just to show them off :D It is helpful also because they look different on the white boards than they do in my design program on a dark charcoal background, and so I can make adjustments to them to compensate for that, and also, as is often the case, I will post a panel and then notice something that needs moving this way or that to be more pleasing to my sense of balance within the overall frame.

During the design process and especially as it nears being finished, I spend a fair amount of time contemplating the image in an almost meditative state, and there are those too which I have started and never completed because they just seemed so far off from pleasing it seemed better just to scrap it and start a new one LOL. I was working on one one day about a month prior to surrgery where I just was not "feeling it," and especially had a lot of trouble finding the right elements to fill the inner space, but I just kept doggedly plugging away at it and was eventually very pleased with the final result. That was this Romans 8:15-16 one:

I spent a lot of time working on/constructing that figure, also, but the purpose of the panel in the final analysis is to be the means of displaying a Scripture verse, and I am glad you find them uplifting :) There is not a whole lot in the OT that lends itself to my "style" for instance, Abraham going to sacrifice his son or Noah and his family escaping the flood just don't do it for me  Even so, I do have quite a few panels from the OT :) Psalms are especially rich that way, and oh my goodness, I just cannot get enough of your musical renditions of the Psalms  I listen to them continuously off and on throughout pretty much every day since you put the link in your siggy :):):) I love love love love love them (y)(y)(y)

Oh! And good morning :D:):D
