I told my colleague that after this, I am going to work in crisis management. Just to give me another challenge... There is the threat of an armed robbery hanging over us.... Suspicious characters constantly lurking around

Being open for Carry Out only is really hard for a "sit down" establishment, but if you have the demographics, and work it properly and aggressively, you can do surprisingly well. You may have to adjust your Menu. You may also want to look into Delivery. As this "self isolation" movement grows, folks are going to be ordering Delivery...........

Businesses that are already geared up for this may end up doing a boom business....... just thoughts

I believe that if believers ask the Lord for wisdom and ideas for their business to keep it going he will show them. After all this is of no surprise to him and he knows absolutely everything and what's up ahead. Adjustment in certain areas may be all that is needed. Lets see the great ideas HE comes up with.

Our church did a series on Biblical business practices and it was actually amazing to see how God guide you in His word.
