I'm going to clock out at noon today and have a nap this afternoon.

It's nice being my own supervisor in my own department. I'm on my own program.

JesusLives and Tourist,

I was doing a little checking this morning, and Target had some light-blocking curtains on their website for about $25 (it wouldn't let me copy the picture or I'd paste it here.) They had built-in grommets, so if you already have rods over your window, they'd be a cinch to put up.

They also had some at JCPenney that were about $40.

I know it's a lot of money :( but just thought that might be easier than boarding up your windows. :) I completely understand about saving money though.

At my last job, I was working 4 AM to noon shifts for a while and then my schedule changed to midnight to 8 AM, so that was a huge adjustment and I totally understand that transition.

Ok, I'll be quiet about the shades for now :). Just thought I'd give you some ideas to check into that might be worth the money as far as convenience and efficiency.

I just saw a picture of a baby panda on a rocking horse. It's so cute, I'm afraid it might literally melt your heart. Yes, literally. So be ready with a drip pan or a towel or something.
