I'm pretty much done with my part, on the little S10. Have to get it up to the muffler shop to make it street legal. Have some interior stuff, turn signal switch, radio, etc., yet, but those things aren't part of the engine swap.
I've driven up the street a few times, just to see how it runs and trying to adjust it out (transmission throttle cable, choke, etc), but only a block or block and a half.
A couple of things, first, it isn't a race car. Second, it is NOISY with open shorty headers. Third is is a tire burner.
It may not be a race car, but it is going to be really fun to drive. This little pickup has some SCAT to it.
I wish I could take all the gals for a ride, one at a time.
Thinking about that reminds me of the lyrics to "Clap for the Wolfman" .... "Seventy-five or eighty miles an hour, she hollered "Slow, slow, slow"

So far, I have received a free computer chair and a treadmill from Front Porch Forum. Now I'm getting a desk, bookcase and set of sheets free. Thank you Lord, for the kindness of others.

Sometimes that is true............but did you know if it rains and rains and rains........LOTS OF RAIN........so that the lakes and rivers fill and overflow........TOO MUCH OXYGEN gets into the water, and it can kill the fish. To protect themselves, they seek out deep holes/places and lay still, and don't bite.

It's another rainy day here in Missouri. Good day to relax and recline in our theater seating chairs and watch the Chiefs and Chargers game. My wife has already fallen asleep. These chairs are so comfortable!

Well, I didn't get the desk. It's too big to fit through my apt. door, but I did get a set of blue sheets for my twin bed..

The Chiefs win 10-3! That is their 7th straight victory! I woke my wife up celebrating.

Please be praying for my dad. He went to the doctor the other day and had some tests done. That night the doctor called with the results of those tests and was ordered to go straight to the nearest hospital where they ran more tests. He had inflammation of both intestines and was in excruciating pain. He started feeling better yesterday morning, but that was short lived and the pain came back. He was feeling better this morning, but please agree with me in prayer that the inflammation goes down and is able to get back to work.

This scared all of us so much and even when he came home that night he tucked me in like he used to when I was little. I know that God wants to continue to use him and his purpose has not been fulfilled here on earth. I will try and keep things updated just please agree with me on this. Thanks

So apparently a high school banned a live nativity scene because one student sued over it. Gee, why not? Our schools are already sub-standard pieces of trash, lets make it cultureless too.

Stop stealing the chairs from your church....everyone says they are extremely comfortable and I know a few people who have fallen asleep in them.
