Joel was a prophet to Israel, not us. His prophesies pertain to Israel, not us.
Are you saying that the bold-faced parts don't pertain to us? If you are, then you are terribly mistaken.

Joe 2:28
And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:
Joe 2:29
And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit.
Joe 2:30
And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke.
Joe 2:31
The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of the LORD come.
Joe 2:32
And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the LORD shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the LORD hath said, and in the remnant whom the LORD shall call.

Act 2:16
But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel;
Act 2:17
And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:
Act 2:18
And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy:
Act 2:19
And I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke:
Act 2:20
The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before that great and notable day of the Lord come:
Act 2:21
And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Rom 10:11
For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
Rom 10:12
For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.
Rom 10:13
For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

P.S.

You might want to pay attention to the there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek (Rom. 10:12) part.

It did not pertain to anyone but Israel initially. God opened the door to us to partake of that blessing several years after that prophecy had been fulfilled.

When we read Acts chapter 9 we see Saul upright and then God came upon him and he falls down. He can hear God but he cannot move. In reality, this is being slain by the Spirit of God.

He was smacked down in judgment. Is that what you want? And he didn't have the holy spirit then

Actually, we see the same with Daniel in Daniel and the Apostle John in Revelation in the presence of God. They just fall and motionless but able to hear God.

Even happened during the transfiguration of Christ.

well maybe it isn't slain in the spirit but it was something very powerful and I saw Jesus at the end of it and I have actually met him several times before so I know it was him
Cool, me being vigilantly aware of deception that seems very real as Jesus said it would be in the end times
Matthew 24, this deceiving will be so well done it could fool even those in maturity, grown up saints. It states it might even fool the very elect
I am elated as you said you got healed.
As I see this as true for you. I also see Jesus never made it public in lets go over here or there, Jesus is there.
true Faith healings for me are private, not made known publicly. As Jesus said many times tell no one, obey it spread anyways.
I know of Bunny Hinn, I do not endorse him
And thank you Blain fro being you
I see to put no one before God and me, as I see Father and Son as Won and the only way for me anyways

That is not true.

Joe 2:32
And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the LORD shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the LORD hath said, and in the remnant whom the LORD shall call.

Whosoever means whosoever, and not just Israel.

Not only did Paul attribute Joel's prophecy (Joel 2:32) to both Jew and Greek (Gentile) alike (Rom. 10:12-13), but he also attributed Isaiah's prophecy (Isa. 28:16, Rom. 10:11) to both believing Jew and Greek (Gentile) alike (Rom. 9:33, 10:12), and so did Peter (1 Pet. 2:6).

Isa 28:16
Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner stone, a sure foundation: he that believeth shall not make haste.

Rom 9:33
As it is written, Behold, I lay in Sion a stumblingstone and rock of offence: and whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.

Rom 10:11
For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
Rom 10:12
For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.

1Pe 2:6
Wherefore also it is contained in the scripture, Behold, I lay in Sion a chief corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believeth on him shall not be confounded.

God's promises through the prophets pertain to whosoever believes (Rom. 9:33, 10:11), or to he that believes (Isa. 28:16, 1 Pet. 2:6), or to both believing Jew and Gentile alike (Rom. 10:12). The Gentiles were never an afterthought. In fact, the earliest believers in scripture were all Gentiles (Abel, Enoch, Noah, Abraham, etc.).

Praise God, Brother, Praise God that your eyes are open.
Thank you, yet no credit to me please none
Me having no righteousness, yet having righteousness. yet this righteousness is not mine, it is Father and Son's as won (One) for me and the entire world of people born forest of flesh and blood.
Still in learning process, seeing no more quilt or pride is the call fro me to humble in always

This is true, but not initially because the gentiles were not the people of god when that prophecy was written. After that prophecy was fulfilled, then gentiles were grafted in to partake of the promises.

We're talking specifically about the prophets of Israel and Judah. They came after those before Abraham

Except they fell FORWARDS, and not backwards.

If you're looking for anybody who fell backwards in scripture, then here they are:

Jhn 18:1
When Jesus had spoken these words, he went forth with his disciples over the brook Cedron, where was a garden, into the which he entered, and his disciples.
Jhn 18:2
And Judas also, which betrayed him, knew the place: for Jesus ofttimes resorted thither with his disciples.
Jhn 18:3
Judas then, having received a band of men and officers from the chief priests and Pharisees, cometh thither with lanterns and torches and weapons.
Jhn 18:4
Jesus therefore, knowing all things that should come upon him, went forth, and said unto them, Whom seek ye?
Jhn 18:5
They answered him, Jesus of Nazareth. Jesus saith unto them, I am he. And Judas also, which betrayed him, stood with them.
Jhn 18:6
As soon then as he had said unto them, I am he, they went backward, and fell to the ground.

If you want to fall backwards with those who came to arrest Jesus, then have at it. Personally, I want nothing to do with that crowd.

There were plenty of Gentiles saved during the time of Israel's and Judah's prophets. What about the men of Nineveh who repented at the preaching of Jonah?

Mat 12:41
The men of Nineveh shall rise in judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: because they repented at the preaching of Jonas; and, behold, a greater than Jonas is here.

I could easily name more.

Any gentile that partook of the promises had to become circumcised and keep the law. So they weren't gentiles anymore, they were Israel

The men of Nineveh were saved from immediate physical destruction. They weren't saved in the sense of eternal life.

That's not what Jesus implied.

Mat 12:41
The men of Nineveh shall rise in judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: because they repented at the preaching of Jonas; and, behold, a greater than Jonas is here.

I'll stick with Jesus.

That's untenable and goes too far. Jesus was saying the gentiles' example of repentance will condemn Israel's lack if repentance, ie they were more just than Israel.

I eould like to say also I am not putting this experience above scripture it is just something that happened to me and I was curious if it could be explained with scripture, however I also do not go by sola scripture either God works in mysterious ways not all can be explained I do not think it was not from God as I am very spiritually sensative just hearing something I can tell if it is from God or not like that video that disturbed me or this witch I was speaking to last night

I did not mean to cause any arguments but if you all must then please do so without accusations or crude comments

It says they stepped back and then fell.
It would require deception to say they fell backwards when they only stepped backwards.

Pushing on the forehead is a practiced technique to get the person off balance so they fall backwards. I once saw them do this to a guy who refused to go down. Every time the preacher pushed on the guy's forehead the guy would take a step back so he wouldn't lose his balance and fall. After a few embarrassing tries the pastor signaled his bootlickers to put a chair immediately behind the guy so he couldn't step back. On the next push the guy tried to step back , but tripped against the chair and fell into it. This kind of stuff is the work of the devil
Such behaviour (by the pastor and henchmen) is highly inappropriate but doesn't, by itself, prove that all such experiences are "of the devil". ;)

What does Slain mean Brother? Slain means death, does it not?

I have seen the faith healers, use this "slain in the Spirit"
It's a colloquialism. Get over it.

When someone is so relaxed under the power of the Holy Spirit that they are essentially unresponsive, they are described as "slain in the Spirit". No, it doesn't mean "dead" so all speculation and contrasting with "life" is irrelevant.
