In Eze. 3:14, as soon as Ezekiel was taken by the Spirit, he went "in bitterness." This is also possibly a reference of Num. 5:11-31 where an unfaithful wife drinks bitter water from the priest and brings a curse:
"And he shall make the woman drink the bitter water that brings a curse, and the water that brings the curse shall enter her to become bitter." (Num. 8:24)

amen that’s all was getting at there are many connections and references in the law and prophets that are revealed in the book of revelation. They are sort of a foundation of things later revealed
“And I will send the sword, the famine, and the pestilence, among them, till they be consumed from off the land that I gave unto them and to their fathers.”
Jeremiah 24:10 KJV
“Thus saith the Lord of hosts; Behold, I will send upon them the sword, the famine, and the pestilence, and will make them like vile figs, that cannot be eaten, they are so evil. And I will persecute them with the sword, with the famine, and with the pestilence, and will deliver them to be removed to all the kingdoms of the earth, to be a curse, and an astonishment, and an hissing, and a reproach, among all the nations whither I have driven them:
Because they have not hearkened to my words, saith the Lord, which I sent unto them by my servants the prophets, rising up early and sending them; but ye would not hear, saith the Lord.”

And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.”

each of the first four represents one of those judgements he was pronouncing in the ot beginning in Moses song to israel and proceeding through the prophets and then revealed in revelation and extended to all the world beginning with the devastation of Jerusalem.
when you get to the fifth seal it changes from the four horsemen which represent the four judgements and have other roots in Zechariah
It all works together to give us a fuller understanding and proper interpretation of revelation is all I was meaning of we overlay ll of those connections like what your talking about there it gives a comprehensive view of the state of creation since Christ was taken into heaven and lasting until he returns past present and future.
