You have to be careful not to make self effort/works, part of getting converted.

Repentance isnt good behaviour... its a change of mind about who Jesus is.

Going from unbelief in Jesus ..to belief in Him.

Knowing you are a sinner, and believing on the Lord Jesus Christ. That He is God, that He lived sinless, that He died and rose again.

That by believing in Him..you have eternal life.

That is all.

John 3:16, 3:36, 5:24, 8:40
John 16:7-9
7 Nevertheless I tell you the truth. It is to your advantage that I go away; for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you; but if I depart, I will send Him to you. 8 And when He has come, He will convict the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: 9 of sin, because they do not believe in Me;

believe, Son is risen, receive love from God to all, and see perplexed over it, when before you could not love all as do now, at least me now thanks

The publican is an example of one Jesus calls to repentance and gives repentance to,

Lk 18:9-14

9 And he spake this parable unto certain which trusted in themselves that they were righteous, and despised others:

10 Two men went up into the temple to pray; the one a Pharisee, and the other a publican.

11 The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, God, I thank thee, that I am not as other men are, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican.

12 I fast twice in the week, I give tithes of all that I possess.

13 And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner.

14 I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other: for every one that exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.

Jesus call to repentance will give us to feel our need of Gods Mercy, and will give humility before God, so His call to repentance produces genuine repentance and humility.

Has Jesus and Father as Won called us all? To what? just asking your view, thank you

I like the association of repentance with humility, which means teachability or willingness to learn God's Word.
Thus, repentance from sin involves repentance from ignoring GW, which was the original sin.
GW includes the OT law that teaches what is sinful and the NT Gospel that teaches the primary Sin is ignoring God's POS or RFS,
which is faith in Jesus as Lord whereby we are deemed to share His righteousness as we seek to cooperate with His HS/GW more better during the lifelong sanctification or maturation process.

Do you realize God must give one repentance in salvation ?
