TULIP can be a problem. What the far far bigger problem is amillennialism and preterism.
Kicking Israel to the curb was the biggest mistake the reformers ever made.
I wouldn't say the biggest. There are many problems with the reformation, and the worst of which is sacramentarianism, next is tulip, which was not written by Calvin himself but was pinned much later. Calvin was french and tulip in french is tulp no i.

Indeed both election and free will choice are both represented in the Bible. One cannot in good conscience deny one or the other.

Not only that, but perseverance of the saints and apostasy are both in the Bible. Also, there is no indication of grace being irresistible.
