None of these saints die in any of the countries on your list.They all die in Israel doing what Jesus commands them to do in the gospel.
You don't even realize what nation these people are of.Who kills them or why.You believe they are gentiles who are killed in gentile nations.

The kingdom ruled by Christ is in the land.Itbis he land of Israel

The believing Israelis will be killed for their testimony of Jesus in the land of Israel . They will be killed by the Israeli governor which is the beast.

Of course Christ will reign from Jerusalem!!!! But God also made a covenant with the Jewish people.

God put Abraham in a deep sleep and He made a covenant with him. It was everlasting and unconditional. Those verses have already been shared by several of us here.
12x the Bible says the promise is everlasting. God swore and oath, and He will keep it.
The line goes from Abraham, Issac, to Jacob.
11 And God said to him, “I am God Almighty[f]; be fruitful and increase in number. A nation and a community of nations will come from you, and kings will be among your descendants. 12 The land I gave to Abraham and Isaac I also give to you, and I will give this land to your descendants after you.”
Micah - “I will surely assemble all of you, O Jacob, I will surely gather the remnant of Israel; I will put them together like sheep of the fold, Like a flock in the midst of their pasture
Ezek. “Therefore this is what the Sovereign Lord says: I will now restore the fortunes of Jacob[d] and will have compassion on all the people of Israel

God will restore His relationship with Israel, He will heal them, His chosen people.

I will refine them like silver
and test them like gold.
They will call on my name

I will say, ‘They are my people,’
and they will say, ‘The Lord is our God.’”
The Church doesn't replace the Jews. God will heal and restore them. He will keep His promises to them. Period.
