dc got banned a while back. that is why he is no longer here.

We are seeing so much censorship all across social media. What ever happened to "free speech." Oh well then I personally believe we must keep this thread opened and express truth.

Why is DC no longer here?

I Tried to research what triggered that banning. The only thing I can figure is, because he absolutely BELIEVES in standing up for what he Believes in, so some people just took it personally, and reported him, just too much.

I would like to say that Paul was addressing the Israelites, his Kinsman.
Confession Christ is King is not merely a statement repeated in a prayer but a proclamation from the welling up of the spirit of Truth with enthusiasm that Christ is King. Believe that the Lord rose him on the third day is only a belief that can be given to you by the Holy Spirit.
I cannot fathom wow people could believe who claimed to have spirit of God in them, Spirit of Truth that the almighty creator with leave our Eternal destiny to our own filthy imperfect finite selves to make.
I do not send any wisdom in that Doctrine or belief system. We have no idea how to get there, what is going to be like, or anything at all about where we're going, so how could we rationally make the decision that that's where we want to go. So many people have heard centuries doctrinal lies, half-truths, and spiritless worship that I cannot fathom their belief system. It speaks with no wisdom.
Religious practices that are dead in true Saving faith not led by the spirit of Truth.

And with a multitude of EVIDENCE. My favorite is HE chose to validate HIS RESURRECTION was REAL to the His Disciples.

Luke 24:36-43 (NCV)
36
While the two followers were telling this, Jesus himself stood right in the middle of them and said, “Peace be with you.“
37 They were fearful and terrified and thought they were seeing a ghost.
38 But Jesus said, “Why are you troubled? Why do you doubt what you see?
39 Look at my hands and my feet. It is I myself! Touch me and see, because a ghost does not have a living body as you see I have.“
40 After Jesus said this, he showed them his hands and feet.
41 While they still could not believe it because they were amazed and happy, Jesus said to them, “Do you have any food here?“
42 They gave him a piece of broiled fish.
43 While the followers watched, Jesus took the fish and ate it.

he was warned a few times, I know even a few of us warned him, He is a marine and they go all out, sadly he went to far in places, as did the ones he was arguing with, the mods could not ban them and let him get away with it.I do not know how long his ban is but pray he comes back when it’s over, they are usually a year

I can believe people "reporting" too much. If one cannot win an argument one way, they will just try to get their opposition banned; kind of like what's going on in today's media world.

I have much faith. I do not concentrate on works. My faith is not dead. IMHO if one has faith even as a mustard seed, they will produce works. Works should be for spreading the Word of God and producing more faith in others. That's how I see it.

I like DC and I love this thread. People with a passion for their beliefs can often get "aggressive" but I'd rather be known as aggressive rather than passive. My personality is sometimes "deep"

That’s the point. It was going on with both sides. So they banned people from both sides

I do not think it was DC getting reported. I think it was the others it’s just DC was just as guilty.

It was how they were arguing that got them all banned

We all are. We just have to know when to keep it in check

What were your thoughts on the video? I think it is very good.
I will try to watch it later. I was just making a statement

Sadly some people think one can have mere belief and by it be born again with no repentance

I do not believe this

How so? What is dead faith in the context of James?
In James 2:14, we read of one who says/claims to have faith but has no evidential works (to validate his claim). That is not genuine faith, but a bare profession of faith. So when James asks, "Can that faith save him?" he is saying nothing against genuine faith, but only against an empty profession of faith/dead faith. James' concern is to show the reality of the faith professed by the individual (James 2:18) and demonstrate that the faith claimed (James 2:14) by the individual is genuine.

First James is writing to believers would you agree?

James interpreted through a "lordship salvation" lens rather than the "grace" lens will distort what James is teaching.
