Those who think they can lose their salvation is because their jesus is a farmhand...

The true Jesus is our Shepherd , a Shepherd that will never lose His sheep...
King of kings and LORD of lords...

He will NEVER leave us , nor forsake us , and I believe every word that He speaks to us today...

Ooh, you called me pal. Someone’s angry. Your loaded question holds no water. It’s like asking if God is a sinner for wiping out Sodom and Gomorrah.

I love how you sinless perfectionists always ask if grace is a license to rape and murder, but you never ask if its a license to masturbate. Funny how you always avoid YOUR sin.
So much error here. I ain't mad at ya - it is in your OSAS nature to use insults like "phoneyman".

Loaded questions rely on non-existent conditions, such as asking a loving husband, "Do you still beat your wife, yes or no?" I don't ask such questions - just those which OSAS has no choice to characterize as "loaded" because properly answering them requires emotionless spiritual maturity.

OK, then. OSAS says salvation is a license to commit capital crimes like masturbation without threat of capital punishment, and Criminal Rights Advocates of the church will oppose anyone who says otherwise.

I preach a Jesus who let's sheep leave the pen.
And which is no reflection whatsoever on his competency as High Priest of God.

His competency relates to the protection and preservation of those inside the pen, not those who have foolishly left it.
More contradiction.

Sheep get lost and The Good Shepherd (who is not incompetent like you preach ) goes and finds them.
No one gets so lost they cannot be found with a Shepherd who knows and cares for His sheep.

Even in a real life scenario this makes no sense.
No shepherd lets sheep just leave the pen. :D

I asked about you and your main focus was your wife. Says a lot about you, sport. And I love how you twist faith into a work.
You’re not very good with parables. I don’t think you’re stupid, you just don’t want to hear the response.

You and your friends on the broad road are continuously and artificially attempting to separate faith from what we do.

Everything Jesus taught is about what we do. Everything He taught is about faith.

Why don't you explain to us what YOU believe the Gospel of the Kingdom IS and also what YOU believe it means to believe the Gospel. Enlighten us with your wisdom.

The Gospel of Christ is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that BELIEVES.. (Romans 1:16)
I’ve done that before with the result of your silence, postman, but if I can find a little time here soon, and the Shepherd commands, I’ll respond to your question again.

And if the Shepherd finds them dead, then what?

Even in a real life scenario this makes no sense.

Then why does Jesus have sheep leaving the pen which need to be found by Him?

How does this make sense?:cautious:
And that's what I said......you do not understand how that can be.
But if you are sure you do understand then explain how these passages talk about being saved by what we do, yet them not meaning you save yourself on the merit of works. Show us you know how that can be:

"Save yourselves from this corrupt generation." - Acts 2:40

"Watch your life and doctrine closely. Persevere in them, because if you do, you will save both yourself and your hearers." - 1 Timothy 4:16

God prepares the soil, not the human.
And that's God's grace in salvation.
No soil can ever realize it's own potential.
No matter how hard it tries.
The potential of the soil, however, is an element of salvation that belongs to the soil itself.
God does not purposely give some people this potential, and no potential to others.
You are what you are by virtue of who you are, and this life is where God realizes the potential for growth in whom that potential exists.

Man's salvation isn't due to choice, that is a false gospel.
It's his choice insofar as what potential he has for the word of God to be retained and grow in his heart.
That potential is something that belongs to the individual himself.
The grace of God is He will realize that potential you have that you can't realize yourself.
That's why all the glory goes to Him.

That's humanism, not Christianity. Osteen would be proud!
