Arrogance
If anyone can says people sinned yesterday, today and tomorrow, they are not human but
claiming to be God.
A prophet speaking on behalf of God, could say someone has sinned and then specify the
sin to bring them to repentance, and reconciliation with God.
But to say someone is a slave to sin, so one can generalise about sin to the extent to say
they are worthy of being rejected from the Kingdom because of defilement.
James never judged like this.
Brothers, do not slander one another. Anyone who speaks against his brother or judges him speaks against the law and judges it. When you judge the law, you are not keeping it, but sitting in judgment on it.
There is only one Lawgiver and Judge, the one who is able to save and destroy. But you--who are you to judge your neighbor?
James 4:11-12
And how can anyone say if someone else will sin, before it has happened other than
God who sees all things?
So people who speak like this exalt themselves as God himself, bringing condemnation
on others, without the position to be a judge.
In reality all they see is their own sin which they project on to others as Paul bring to light.
To the pure, all things are pure, but to those who are corrupted and do not believe, nothing is pure. In fact, both their minds and consciences are corrupted.
They claim to know God, but by their actions they deny him. They are detestable, disobedient and unfit for doing anything good
Titus 1:15-16
How Gods word bring light upon the heart of these unbelievers and the lack of purity
that dwells within.
