Salvation won't be assured till after the final judgement.
It worked for those who had a living hope that goes beyond human hope. For who hopes from something they already have for a micro second and then crucify Christ over and over?

Heb 11:39 And these all, having obtained a good report through faith, received not the promise:
Heb 11:40 God having provided some better thing for us, that they without us should not be made perfect.

Are you perfect?

We can crucify the "body of death", bury it, and be raised with Christ to walk in newness of life. (Rom 6:3-6)
The body is just a vessel, and God's vessel, (to the repentant}, at that.

The promise they did not receive, was the prophesied Messiah.

I am not talking about this body of death it is still aging to show it is corruptible in a decaying process leading to death and destruction, returning the lifeless spiritless dust it was formed from..

He promises us a new incorruptible body. Is your's incorruptible or are you still aging?

Many reject, argue or just plain won't listen, but colloidal silver which you can make yourself for about a $1 a gallon will help the arthritis which is an infection......I have researched it heavily and many ancient civilizations, cultures used silver such as Romans, Greeks, Jewish, American settlers etc......Colloidal silver will kill 500 known pathogens in less than 5 minutes, will sweeten a well, cure any number of ailments such as funguses, yeast infections, will keep mold from growing in jelly, keep milk from curdling etc......I had arthritis beginning in my fingers and could not eve pop my knuckles and after 6 weeks of an 0z. a day my knuckles quit hurting and could pop them like new...also...remember how when we were kids an a deep cut would itch like crazy when healing and how as we aged that kind of went away....on colloidal silver that itch has come back and I heal a lot quicker.....and the biggie....a friend who turned me on to it had a tumor the size of a soft ball in his back and he made colloidal silver and had his neighbor start injecting it.....in 2 months it went away.....Science calls it the magic bullet rediscovered and we do not her about it because it cannot be patented and sold by the drug companies.....it builds a second immune system and does not turn one blue like SILVER NITRATE which is NOT what I am talking about.....

It is easy to make and takes two silver dollars, two alligator clips, sea salt, distilled water, glass cup, two paper clips and a cord like you would charge a drill with...... a gallon will last like 4 months or so and takes about 1$ to make......

ANYWAY.......I like my grey hairs HAHAHAHHAH

I worked at a food bank today, but that is a manifestation of Christ in me and not a work of the law for salvation.
I also gave a neighbor some pet food.
I also went to Burger King with my bible, and read a couple of chapters of Colossians, in front of the employees and customers.
I love to display the word of God whenever I go out.
Makes people consider their fate, (I hope).

What did you do today to bring glory to the name of Christ Jesus.
I know a few people who give to food banks who are not believers.
I know a few people who serve in night shelters who are not believers.
My next door neighbour feeds our budgies when we go on holiday. She is not a believer.

Not one person I can recall has ever bragged about it.
What makes you any better than them, given you brag about it and they don’t.

You can read as much as the bible you want in public places but if you lack love for people and it’s outworking it means diddly-squat, nadda, zero. Nothing but a clanging cymbal.

Its a shame you put loving reading the word God to people rather than actually loving people.
A real shame indeed.

I don't know if its difficult for women being referred to as "sons of God" and such, but I guess it is, which is why some translations use "sons and daughters of God". Sometimes, I feel a bit strange being referred to as part of "the bride of Christ". :)

The Bible tells us that Body of Christ as ALL ONE and the Same in Him' -
this is the 'female' speaking here, (Bride of Christ-Bridegroom) no difference!
I or we don't ever give a thought about how our Heavenly Father describes His flock,
just very, very, grateful...

I always feel weird when men talk about being in love with Him or being intimate.
I clearly still need my mind renewed..

I have no qualms about being called a son tho.
