The teaching that Christ could have sinned but did not, comes from a misunderstanding of ".. tempted in all points as we are..." (Heb. 4:15). But this verse goes onto say ".. but without sin". This "without sin", does not simply mean He did not sin but rather had no capacity for sin. Any "temptation" or "invitation" to sin, would find no traction in the Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus would never entertain even a single thought about committing sin.
because that word is "tested" not tempted
He cannot be tempted - James 1:13
in Greek it is one word which can alternately mean to test, to tempt, or to prove. context dictates which meaning is intended.
in the context of Christ it is impossible that it is ever '
tempted'

James explains to us how temptation works: the wicked desires in each person's own heart are aroused - James 1:14
to say Christ was "
tempted" is to claim therefore, that He had wicked desires in His heart.
which is blasphemy.
because "
in Him is no sin" - 1 John 3:5

Christ was tested in every way that we are, yet without sin.

John 14:28 Ye have heard how I said unto you, If ye loved me you would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I.

Heb. 10:12 But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice (Himself) for sins forever, sat down on the right had of God. How many more do you want this is hilarious lol!

congratulations you have proven the trinity.
thanks

Matt.4:1 Then Jesus led up of the spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil.
what did the Bible just say! To be tempted. Let God be true and every man a liar! it doesn’t mean he had wickedness in his heart, but you can overcome wickedness.

Heres the point: Heb. 2:17 Wherefore in all things it behoved him to be made like unto his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people.”
Christ came to be that example to show us that we can resist the devil, we all resist temptation every day! That’s why he wanted to be made like us to show us that this was possible
not comparing myself with the Lord and Savior that what repentance is for.

Matt. 5:48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect

what did the Bible just say!
Τότε ὁ Ἰησοῦς ἀνήχθη εἰς τὴν ἔρημον ὑπὸ τοῦ Πνεύματος, πειρασθῆναι ὑπὸ τοῦ διαβόλου.

Thayer's Greek Lexicon
STRONGS NT 3985: πειράζω

πειράζω (a form found several times in Homer and Apoll. Rhod. and later prose, for πειράω (which see in Veitch) more common in the other Greek writings); imperfect ἐπείραζον; 1 aorist ἐπείρασα; passive, present πειράζομαι; 1 aorist ἐπειρασθην; perfect participle πεπειρασμενος (Hebrews 4:15; see πειράω, 1); 1 aorist middle 2 person singular ἐπειράσω (Revelation 2:2 Rec.); the Sept. for נִסָּה; to try, i. e.:
1. to try whether a thing can be done; to attempt, endeavor: with an infinitive, Acts 9:26 L T Tr WH; .

2. to try, make trial of, test: τινα, for the purpose of ascertaining his quality, or what he thinks, or how he will behave himself

In James 1, "wicked" desires is not consistent across all translations, where it is simply translated "desires". Your desires don't have to be inherently wicked to to lure you away from God. Jesus was hungry. He had a fleshy desire to eat- which is not an inherently wicked desire- but it was still being used to try and lure him away to do something unbecoming.

Not that what I'm saying proves Jesus was/was not capable of sin. But, I suppose it's far less impressive if Jesus is in some calvinistic-determinist bubble where he never really had any choice to love and be righteous because of his nature . Personally, I think our character is defined by the choices we make and that it's the character of Jesus that prohibited him from sin, and not some inherent inability. I don't know where that puts me on the "peccability scale".

1 Corinthians 14:4 He that speak in an unknown tongue (language) edify himself; but he that prophesies edify the church.

Nehemiah 8:8 So they read in the book of the Law distinctly, and gave the sense, and caused them to understand the reading.

break it down, give the sense, then we can deal with it!

Thank you somebody knows the Scripture!
1Cor. 11:3 But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.

That’s called order:
God
Christ
Man
Woman

Matt. 17:5 While he yet spake behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, this is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him.
Thanks. There were so many refutations so I only restricted it to Pauline verses. :)

The heavenly order where satan couldn't stay put.
Isa 14:14I will ascend above the tops of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High.”
Gen 3:5“For God knows that when you eat from it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.”

Keep up the good fight.

The Angel of the LORD appeared to him in a flame of fire from the midst of a bush.
So he looked, and behold! the bush was burning with fire, but the bush was not consumed! Then Moses said,
“I will now turn aside and see this great sight, why the bush does not burn.”
So when the LORD saw that he turned aside to look, God called to him from the midst of the bush and said,
Moses, Moses!
And he said,
“Here I am.”
Then He said,
Do not draw near this place. Take your sandals off your feet, for the place where you stand is holy ground.
Moreover He said,
I am the God of your father — the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.
And Moses hid his face, for he was afraid to look upon God.
(Exodus 3:2-6)
The Angel of the LORD is the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob
the exact visible image of the Invisible
His name is Jesus, the Christ, the Son, Immanuel, Everlasting Father, the Mighty God.
manifest in the flesh

The Angel of the Lord is not explicitly stated to be Jesus. Nor should the verses be conflated with the Most High when He speaks through the messenger (malak מַלְאָ֥ךְ). God speaks through angels as he would a cell phone, or by hearsay as with the prophets as well. Also He may speak through the Only Begotten Son. There is no evidence that the Angel of the Lord is Jesus.

Furthernore, The burning bush was the angel as he did not address the the bush directly as to a person.
Exo 3:3And Moses said, I will now turn aside, and see this great sight, why the bush is not burnt

Jesus was prophesied not only as a messenger but also as a ruler.
.. his Name was called The Wonder and The Counselor, God, the Mighty Man of Eternity, the Prince of Peace [and The Father of Eternity] (Isaiah 9:6, Aramaic Bible in Plain English)

He is greater that the angels even before His Ascension to the right hand of the Throne.
So He became as far superior to the angels as the name He has inherited is excellent beyond theirs. (Hebrews 1:4)

He uses the signature vehicle of God.
Jesus is the Son of Man that rides the clouds. (Revelation 1:7 , Matthew 26:64, Daniel 7:13)

Romans 8:3For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:

It is by the example of Jesus can we achieve victory over temptation, not that Jesus was incapable of temptation.

Sadly, you are following a Peccable savior. A lie that is deceiving many today. The Holy Spirit, would never lead one into believing Peccability where the Lord is concerned. His two natures are perfect and Holy within the one God-Man. Jesus was and is the Lamb of God - perfect in everyway. Without spot or blemish. Period.

His name shall be called Wonderful
(Isaiah 9:6)
Then Manoah said to the Angel of the LORD,
“What is Your name, that when Your words come to pass we may honor You?”
And the Angel of the Lord said to him,
Why do you ask My name, seeing it is Wonderful?
(Judges 13:17-18)
When the Angel of the Lord appeared no more to Manoah and his wife,
then Manoah knew that He was the Angel of the LORD.
And Manoah said to his wife,
“We shall surely die, because we have seen God!”
(Judges 13:21-22)

Sin enters the world through Adam, Romans 5
Christ is born of a virgin, Matthew 1
In Him there is no sin, 1 John 3, James 1
His flesh saw no corruption, Acts 2
