This is a wee off topic but been playing ping pong with my thoughts today. I'm pretty sure I am losing, dangit, lol...
We know no man is good and the heart of Him is deceitful, that any claims to goodness are His.
But if we could be good, so genetically and spiritually good, from the start, where the choice was not made, that it was just who we are, would goodness be as noble? I believe the option to do good or bad, makes our need for Him a must. I also think the choice to seek His Goodness is much more noble than just being good on our own, even if it were possible.
Well, my mind is busy buzzing… Clearly, I have issues and I'm not afraid to share them.
