Now the Philistines fought against Israel: and the men of Israel fled from before the Philistines, and fell down slain in mount Gilboa. And the Philistines followed hard upon Saul and upon his sons; and the Philistines slew Jonathan, and Abinadab, and Melchishua, Saul's sons. And the battle went sore against Saul, and the archers hit him; and he was sore wounded of the archers.

That was a sad day for David.... despite Saul’s jealous hatred for David, David still deeply loved Saul and Jonathan.

I agree with Deade, we're not to add any words to the prophecy that God gave John.
Everyone that reads Revelation needs to read it exactly how John wrote it down. Of course, we have the English translation. It would be interesting to read it in the original Hebrew or whatever language John wrote it....
