The Fall of Adam and Eve placed each person under the Curse that beset all of Creation. The Purpose of Christ is to take the sins of His Children, and to place them upon Himself. Because we are Cursed, we sin, for this is what the Sinful Nature does . . . this Nature obeys the Devil (who is the Father to those who have not received the Circumcision of Christ). Because we are Cursed, and because Jesus takes away our Curse, he becomes Cursed for His Children. Jesus takes the Curse that was applied to His Children, and they are thus freed from the Curse that the Law pronounces. If the Curse doesn't exist within a person, the Law cannot pronounce, or proclaim it.
Galatians 3:13 NLT - "But Christ has rescued us from the curse pronounced by the law. When he was hung on the cross, he took upon himself the curse for our wrongdoing. For it is written in the Scriptures, "Cursed is everyone who is hung on a tree."
No, it is not wrong to think of Jesus as a man, for He was just that . . . a physical, literal man.
There is nothing in the Bible that indicates that there is any form of weakness to the Father, Son, or Holy Spirit.
As for the special case . . . I don't know what you mean by this.
