Absolutely. In fact, we are to "test the spirits" within others. This is our duty and responsibility.

1 John 4:1 NKJV - "Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world."

I've actually been berated and belittled at a former site for not believing all that pastors teach. Pft . . . that is laughable.

B eware of the sidewinders who will deny anytime they are told what they have posted is not true. They will say they never did it, and challenge the one pointing it out to find it and show it to them. This is done because most will drop it before getting into it............... and we all should avoic such situations.
