How is the Word considered when it is scientific means, theories, and vain philosophies being put forth?

Virtualization and Simulation only exist in the inventive imagination of man's mind and manifested through his computer toys but we all know that the underlying reality (rather deception) of those toys are just a bunch of 1's and 0's.
Calling a spade a spade, we know that in the real world there is good, better, best. We humans are at our worst but some of us will one day ( very soon) graduate to better than best.

With science now realigning itself with quantum theory it is fast becoming common knowledge that this reality is not what it seems
The science world can not answer the questions of reality so it is to ancient books we turn to for answers, and there we find god

Time, Light and Spirits originate from the Universal Wave (God).
Time has states. Virtual Time in superposition is all possible paths of causality from the EM vector field.
Position is scalar. Momentum is vector/virtual.
Uncertainty allows virtual/vector quantities to function from multiple paths.
Fallen/Scalar Time is what causes age, decay, and death. It is when something has finite paths.
Wave-particle duality is all about possible paths.
The core is virtual ..it is harder to say classical/scalar is. String Theory is about vibration ..sound vibrates ..God's Word is everything.

but He says everyone is without excuse because His invisible qualities are clearly seen by what has been made -- by the details of creation. which means scientific evidence ((taking the common definition of 'scientific' to mean having to do with the physical universe, i.e. the things which have been been made))

Another way to put it is there are other dimensions. They possibly exist outside of time because time must have matter to exist. Cherubs and serifs (angels) are in another dimension invisible to us but can interact with us. There is a heavenly realm right here on earth where the real power lies. How this all works is beyond our finite minds.
Col. 2:9-10,15 "For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power: And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it."
Like you stated earlier: God will not let Himself be proven, scientifically. We must have faith to please God. Faith is believing without seeing. Christ with faith is the only door to eternal life.
