You still have to be born of the spirit.
It appears that you may be grouping the thoughts of different conversations together. Perhaps it would help to consider each contributor as a separate conversation and reply accordingly. :)

How am I not doing it myself?
:)

Here's what I think. I think you're like a lot of people who have joined those forums I've browsed before joining this one. They commit to starting discussions that are entirely contrary to what the scriptures actually teach about any one saving grace subject. And then they watch as people who are in Christ try to scramble and turn around their errant thinking. Those kind gracious innocent souls not realizing it isn't errant thinking that they're encountering at all.
It is fully intentioned premeditated thinking to watch Christians scramble and correct absolutely absurd wrong assertions that are aimed as arrows against the truth of the teachings of the master.
I won't play.

Listen I gain nothing in trying to mislead people. If I did God would punish me. This is serious. Some people think they are born again and are not. They are still living by their flesh. You don't have to participate in this discussion. The soul has to humble itself and let the spirit lead. John 4:27 God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth.

Do you mean this one?
Did Jesus have our sinful nature? I remember that one. It is a good one. I have never been on another Christian forum, this is my first one. That one may be from God to correct some of us in our wrong understanding. I like those kind, because I want the truth.

Life can be cut short and there will be no more options, must start now.
The process of sanctification begins when you say yes to Christ. You won't be rid of the sinful nature, which includes selfness, until you receive that immortal and glorified body. Our salvation is not based on our being rid of the sinful nature by the time we die, but by faith in Christ. As I said, we are being transformed into his image as we go from faith to faith, but we will never obtain that in this life, with this nature. And if you think you stand, what does the word say: "Pride comes before a fall." Our faith should be on His righteousness, not ours, which are as unclean rags.

Thoughts and actions that's of the human mind, the soul is what God breathed into man for which God created to live a man a living soul, the spirit of that man lives on after death. What to change thoughts and actions.

Right you say yes to Christ, give up your own ways. Cease from committing sin. The sanctification process is going through the fire for cleansing.

The soul holds all of the emotions, the soul is why we are able to love. At first Adam lived by the spirit the soul followed the spirit. When Adam sinned the eyes of the soul were open and the spirit went down. The soul and the spirit cannot rule at the same time. That was the separation of Adam from God.
When Jesus was the sacrifice, he opened the door for us to humble our souls and wake the spirit up again. Then he descended to the devil and let him know that what he took from man, he made a way for man to come to God.

Surely God didn't create a living soul to do bad, so there is two ways at looking at that, are you a bad living soul or a good living soul, our choices and actions determines that. who would want psalm 104:29.

Emotions come from limbic system, which is located in the temporal lobe. While the limbic system is made up of multiple parts of the brain, the center of emotional processing is the amygdala, which receives input from other brain functions, like memory and attention.

I think your mixing the two, Adam was a living soul, it was his free will to choose why Adam sinned.
