Exactly. "Doing thine own ways/pleasure" on the Sabbath, such as visiting and recreational walks, is not allowed.
Note: The Jewish Rabbis have an additional book (started out as oral Torah) called the Talmud. The LORD/YHWH said do not add or diminish. Now, having said that, they believe that on the Sabbath walking is the only mode of transportation allowed.
