Ultimately, the sad part about reality is some people do better being medicated and some people do better just relying on their faith. Yes, I am being medicated I do have my own problems I do have my own mental health issues, but I do try to rely on Christ as much as I possibly can, I do have days where I have doubts and I have days where I’m just happy
There’s nothing wrong with being medicated just as long as you are sticking with it you’re talking to your doctor about your ups and downs and you don’t let depression and anxiety overcome your soul. That’s the hardest part for some, it’s not easy to feel “normal“ when that’s the very last thing you feel. Makes you want to ask “what is normal?”.
Christ in my heart, is a forever feeling… but depression and anxiety is a mental health issue that needs to be worked through and or being watched by health professional.

entirely MY opinion though. Just putting my 2 cents here.

There are many mental health professionals who don't know how to treat the entire person. Anxiety and depression are treated with pharmaceuticals - many of which carry side effects. Having been severely damaged by a pharmaceutical and learning that the doctor was in fact PAID for recommending it sickened me to the core. On top of that the occult Steve Jackson illuminati cards show a card saying that we don't know what they're putting into pharmaceuticals and the food. They just found a poison in multiple pharmaceuticals.
Mental health professionals are only as good as their knowledge base. Anxiety and depression originate in the gut and many psychologists don't study this. They throw pharmaceuticals at an equally uninformed people. The first thing you should take for anxiety and depression are a good probiotic such as Jarrow and also acetyl-carnitine. This is not a nice thing to say but if anyone has gut trouble where they're gut is working slow and their Migrating Motor in the gut is not working properly then they need to take a probiotic enema so the bugs don't populate the small intestine which should be sterile.
Mental health professionals don't advise patients to take D + K with fats such as vegan omega 3. There are multiple causes for depression and anxiety, some of which are physical. Mental health professionals actually end up harming more than helping in many cases as those low in D will go on to develop more severe problems. Acetyl carnitine is inexpensive and should alleviate it. NAC is another substance that treats mental issues while also detoxing. You'd be hard-pressed to find any 'professional' who suggests this. Untold numbers of people are being damaged by these "professionals."
A top psychiatrist in NY said that bipolar is caused by demons. I had studied this years back and my professor liked me as I aced everything in the class. She told me I got the highest grade in every one of her classes. I was able to use that to give her material on how some of these mental health issues are in fact demonic. She took it and didn't hand it back so I hope that at least this small attempt to enlighten bore fruit.
I would have loved to continue on and get my degree as I thought that I could help others but it didn't work out.
