Abraham's father sold Idols. One day while watching these Idols in the market for his father Abraham put them to the test. He knocked them over and said if they were gods they could stand themselves up. They could not and that is when he started seeking the True and Living God. We were all pagans until we accepted Jesus. Cain was scared. He thought he would be killed because of what he did to his brother. This speaks of an established legal system that included the death penalty for murder. Verse 15 says "lest any finding him should kill him." It takes time for a legal system to develop.
There were other people. Verse 17 tells us Cain had a wife who was not from his homeland so she wasn't his mother or sister, which is a common misconception. We are also told he settled in the land of Nod where they were building walled cities. Walled cities were used for defence against other people and other nations and the building of walled cities can be dated fairly precisely and are not that ancient.
Verse 20 tells us Jabal was the father of tent dwellers. Tents came long after cave dwellers. Early men were hunter gatherers and farming came later. Cain was a farmer and Able was a shepherd. This is a late development in the history of humankind.
Verse 20 tells us they were making musical instruments like the harp and organ, but early man did not have musical instruments.
And verse 22 tells us they were working in brass and iron.
This is the bronze age, not too far removed from our own. Flint tools were much earlier. There were Cavemen and several ice-ages through which men were living. In reality thousands of years elapsed between the Adam family and the first men.

No. There are many people with sever drug addictions that love Jesus. Jesus died for all sins except one. Blasphemy against the Holy Ghost. We take that as rejecting Jesus as God's Christ.
There are preachers that are going to hell because they put on a dog and pony show and there are addicts going to heaven because their belief on Jesus is Genuine and sincere.
They just can't seem to break the addiction and God normally does not save us from the consequences of our decisions.
But always have hope because sometimes he does.

Not sure what your talking about the Gospel is Jesus and Jesus is the WORD OF GOD. We are indeed to have faith in entrust and believe EVERY WORD OF God's WORD not just pick and choose what suits us on the day. UNBELIEVERS have no part in the KINGDOM of HEAVEN.

Well that is not true. God would not have made it the 4th Commandment of the 10 if there was no expetency for his people to keep it?
WHO IS GOD'S ISRAEL IN THE NEW COVENANT?
"Israel" is only a name given by God himself to represent his people. The origin of the name "Israel" come from Genesis 32:28 where Jacob wrestled with the Angel and prevailed ...for as a prince hast thou power with God and with men, and hast prevailed. Its meaning is his posterity will rule as God. Jacob had 12 sons representing the 12 tribes of Israel.
Israel is only a name given by God that represents God's people and today anyone who is following Jesus is part of God's Israel according to God's Word.
What does God's Word say.........
Let God be true and every man a liar that thou might be justified in thy sayings, and might overcome when thou art judged.
Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He says not, and to seeds, as of many; but as of one, AND TO YOUR SEED, WHICH IS CHRIST (Galatians 3:16)
Abraham’s seed is Israel..........

Galatians 3:29,
And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise
The New Covenant is for God's Israel which represent God’s followers the believers. If you are not part of God's Israel you are not part of the New Covenant (Hebrews 8:10-12).
God's Israel are those that believe the Word of God and follow it. This is the NEW Covenant of God's LAW written on the HEART by FAITH in His WORD and is why Jesus says If you love me keep my commandments (John 14:15) which includes the 4th Commandment which is one of the 10 Commandments.

There is not one scripture in all of God's Word that says that God's 4th Commandment is now ABOLISHED and we are now commanded to KEEP Sunday as a Holy day.
God's 4th commandment is one of the ten (Exodus 20:8-11) If we knowingly break it when God asks us not to we stand guilty before God of committing sin (James 2:8-12). If we do not seek him in repentance and forgiveness we are in danger of the Judgement (Hebrews 10:26-27)
Sunday worship is a tradition and teaching of man that has lead many to break the commandments of God. Jesus says that if we follow the traditions of man that break the commandments of God we are not following God (Matthew 15:3-9)
Who should we follow the teachings and traditions of men or the Word of God? Who should we believe the Words of men or the Word of God?

WHO IS GOD'S ISRAEL IN THE NEW COVENANT?
"Israel" is only a name given by God himself to represent his people. The origin of the name "Israel" come from Genesis 32:28 where Jacob wrestled with the Angel and prevailed ...for as a prince hast thou power with God and with men, and hast prevailed. Its meaning is his posterity will rule as God. Jacob had 12 sons representing the 12 tribes of Israel.
Israel is only a name given by God that represents God's people and today anyone who is following Jesus is part of God's Israel according to God's Word.
What does God's Word say.........
Let God be true and every man a liar that thou might be justified in thy sayings, and might overcome when thou art judged.
Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He says not, and to seeds, as of many; but as of one, AND TO YOUR SEED, WHICH IS CHRIST (Galatians 3:16)
Abraham’s seed is Israel..........
THERE IS NEITHER JEW NOR GREEK, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: FOR YOU ALL ALL ONE IN CHRIST JESUS AND IF YOU BE CHRISTS, THEN YOU ARE ABRAHAM'S SEED FOR YOU ARE ALL ONE IN CHRIST JESUS and IF YOU BE CHRISTS, THEN ARE YOU ABRAHAM'S SEED, AND HEIRS ACCORDING TO THE PROMISE (Galatians 3:28).

The New Covenant is for God's Israel..........
Jeremiah 31:33-4,
But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, says the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people. Hebrews 8:10-12,

1 Cor 1
19, For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.
20, Where is the wise? where is the scribe? where is the disputer of this world? has not God made foolish the wisdom of this world?
21, For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe.
22, For the Jews require a sign, and the Greeks seek after wisdom:
24, But to them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.
If your line of reasoning was true then you make God out to be a liar and God's people never knew what day the Sabbath was. Only God's Word is true and we should BELIEVE and FOLLOW it.
