No you've got that all wrong.
1)Is God evil? I think not.
Gen 3:22
And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:
2) Absolutely Adam sinned willfully. Beyond a doubt. A direct WILLFULL violation of the law. That is the whole point of 1Tim 2:14.
BUT....Adam, in his brilliance, had a plan!
1Ti 2:14
And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.
I would urge everyone on this thread to hear this. I cannot overstate the worth of these lectures....

You know this is simple to understand.
God can hold all knowledge of Good and evil, but we where never suppose to.
The reason why man became like God was because man gained all the same knowledge as God in the department of good and evil.
Look, The verse says and now man has become like us.
What part of this sentence says and now man has become like God.
So if you start speaking Welsh, I could say and now you have become like me.
But your not me because all tho you could learn to speak Welsh, you may not know what to do with it.
So in a nut shell, man could not handle the knowledge of evil and it poisoned his spirit.
This is why God said if you eat of that tree you will die.
Which means they didn't die until after they ate of the tree.
You know this is simple to understand.

God said, DO NOT DO THIS.
One disobeys God on purpose and does what God told him not to do.
But some who read this blames the fruit and cannot see the disobedience towards God.
People are silly and wonder why God isn't working in their life in the same way He does in those who understand.

I did. Happy to do it again though. People who Author a Thread by posing questions expecting others to answer without their offering their opinions/answers to the quesitons posed are playing the "questions" game. IMO, that is disrespectful to all on the Forum.
You do this a lot. There was another guy here for awhile who did the same thing. I see he is no longer here, and I am not surprised.
Rather than expect others to answer questions you pose and say they must use scripture to support their answer/opinions, do that FIRST yourself. Others can consider your ideas and determine their worth, and, or disagree with you. BTW, be sure to use scripture.

What's funny is people ability to acknowledge law, or even talk law,
Twist the law, and wrongly judge with the law.
According to God's law he searches the heart to know your heart.
But where there is sin, he is willing to forgive.
But he also punishes the sin after he determine the intent of the sin
Why. Well all men will sin in a fallen state. It's going to happen
Now to the sin of disobedience,. He searched Adam and eves heart and found they had not sinned in willfull arrogance, as God turned to the serpent and said because you have done this.
Also according to God laws he also searches the heart to see if someone has been made to stumble
Which again he turned to the serpent and said because you have done this.
Which means Adam and Eve had been made to stumble.
So now
What did God do to Adam and eve,
Well he punished them because they had still sinned by being disobedient, but it was disobedience in innocence.
So now look at what God did
Did God kill them or did he punish them for the sin of disobedience.
Well he punished them.
Which should tell you Gid did not kill them,
Which also should tell you They where killed because they ate the knowledge of evil.
Because God said if you eat of that tree you will die, so what killed them.
Was it the sin of disobedience or eating the knowledge of evil.
Now if your going to say the sin of disobedience killed them
Then your going to ignore scripture that says the son does not inherit the sin of the father
Then you must be saying you where born spiritualy dead because you inherited sin, from not just your father but 100s of fathers.

Nothing "killed" them. They were expelled from the Garden and lived a long life having children and grandchildren and such. What the Scripture is teaching is once they ate the fruit and gained the knowledge of good and evil, both sin and physical death came into being. Their disobedience brought physical death upon ALL human beings.
As for their sin, to say it was unwillful is to say that Eve did not CHOOSE to give into the temptation the serpent presented to her. She very well could have told the serpent "no. God said do not eat this fruit, and I choose to obey my God." But the desire to "be like God" must have been very strong in her heart, because she WILLINGLY CHOSE to eat the forbidden fruit, and sinned against God by disobeying Him.
And, once again, you are playing the "questions" game. So how about you tell everyone "what killed them?" And be sure to use scripture.
