Anger is an emotion which comes from the heart, and there is a commonly advised approach to life, "let your heart lead you." However, the heart is evil..." so, following your heart is bound to lead to falling into some pit so it is best to follow you're (sound) mind. Look at the examples of many people with romantic ideals have "fallen" in love, and looked back realizing they didn't actually think through their choice. It would have done them better to take time for pause before proceeding with any action.
Joseph was brought to the verge of adultery with Potipher's wife and bolted at the moment (after) she took a firm hold on his tunic.

So in the sermon on the mount Jesus says “But I say to you that everyone who is angry with his brother will be liable to judgment; whoever insults his brother will be liable to the council; and whoever says, ‘You fool!’ will be liable to the hell of fire” (ESV Matthew 5:22). But in Psalms and Ephesians we are told to be angry by king David and Paul? Psalms 4:4, “Be angry, and do not sin; ponder in your own hearts on your beds, and be silent. Selah.”. Ephesians 4:26, “Be angry and do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger,”. Looking for some help with understanding this. Sorry if the paragraph is a little off, I’m writing this on my phone. Thanks
Jesus got angry. we get angry & it's normal. what we do with our anger is the most important issue. no, you won't go to hell if you got angry. resolve issues as much as is within you, always. Romans 6:12- "let not sin, therefore, remain in you mortal hearts that you should obey it in the lusts thereof". FORGIVE IMMEDIATELY & FOREVER, THIS IS THE BIG ISSUE!

THE ESV IS A PERVERSION OF THE WORD OF GOD
AND SO ARE MANY OTHER MODERN TRANSLATIONS

This is what the American Presbyterian Church denomination says on their official website. Check it out for yourself. A lot of people have talked about righteous anger nd unrighteous anger. But no one wants to talk about the perversion of that verse. I wonder why? If you have a perverted verse, you can't deal with it unless you know what the actual translation should be.
