No, I wrote specifically melach and it claims that is a form of the word מֶלֶך.
And then i removed the מֶלֶך from melach and it instructed me that the melach is also a form of melech, melek, milek, milik. And then it goes into detail of rulership associated with Moloch.

Romans 3 contains a list of verses from the old testament prophets that disagree. Paul makes a case that no man ever seeks after God. To import the idea that it's because we still needed an invitation is to turn the entire text on it's head. The scriptures make clear that unless we are regenerated we will never choose God.
