EG, one more time. Explain again how this is not James telling the church to keep the law, specifically, the law to not show favoritism:

"My brothers and sisters, believers in our glorious Lord Jesus Christ must not show favoritism."-James 2:1

Here it is in the law:

"do not show partiality to the poor or favoritism to the great"-Leviticus 19:15
Not the law but Jesus.
Notice James takes his authority from Jesus.

My friends, as believers in our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory, you must never treat people in different ways according to their outward appearance. (Jas 2:1 GNB) [Jesus is "Mighty God," "Eternal Father," "Prince of Peace."]

God/Jesus is impartial
For the LORD your God is God of gods and Lord of lords, the great, the mighty, and the awesome God, who is not partial and takes no bribe. (Deu 10:17 ESV)

So Peter opened his mouth and said: “Truly I understand that God shows no partiality, (Act 10:34 ESV)

James teaches not according to the law, but according to the Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory.

Any resemblance to the law is purely coincidental.

Show me where the Bible says Abraham had all the Torah *except for priesthood*?

I can accept what's actually in scripture, but you seem to actually add a lot of presumptions that aren't actually there. You keep redefining the word Law in scripture from verse to verse, however it best suits your private human tradition in each case.
Gen. 26:4 And I will make thy seed to multiply as the stars of heaven, and will give unto thy seed all these countries; and in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed;5 Because that Abraham obeyed my voice, and kept my charge, my commandments, my statutes, and my laws.

I don't assume that these are not God's Laws. Nor do I assume that God gave Abraham different laws that He gave Abraham Children. So it is a Biblical Fact that Abraham had God's Laws, no other.

But Levi wasn't born yet. So it is also a fact that Abraham's sins were not forgiven through the Levitical Priesthood "works of the Law" because these "Laws" were not "ADDED" until 430 years later.

Rom. 4:1 What shall we say then that Abraham our father, as pertaining to the flesh, hath found?
2 For if Abraham were justified by works, he hath whereof to glory; but not before God.

Abraham was "Justified" (Cleansed, forgiven) by Faith. He did not have to take a goat to the Levite Priests for atonement because this Law had not been "ADDED" yet. Abraham "believed" in the Word which became Flesh and His promise.

3 For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness.

4 Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt.

Abraham didn't have to deal with the Levitical Priesthood. This is a Biblical Fact.

Gal. 3:17 And this I say, that the covenant, that was confirmed before of God in Christ, the law, which was four hundred and thirty years after, cannot disannul, that it should make the promise of none effect.
18 For if the inheritance be of the law, it is no more of promise: but God gave it to Abraham by promise.

5 But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly,(Not the sacrificial "works of the Law) his faith is counted for righteousness.

Rom. 3:21 But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets;

27 Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? ( Levitical Priesthood) Nay: but by the law of faith.

28 Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.

You preach this means the 10 Commandments. But Paul is speaking about the "works" of a Law that was created for "justification".

what you say i'm "omitting" only substantiates the statement i zeroed in on, that the priesthood has changed, and with it the law: because Christ sprang out of Judah, not Levi.

none of the rest of what you put justifies breaking the Law of Moses into many little chunks, alternately erasing and boldfacing jots and tittles as you please, and neither does it justify changing what "the Law" means all over the new testament according to how your private interpretation's fancy happens to be tickled.

ex: "you are not under law but grace" -- which jots and tittles in particular do you wish to erase from that statement? and how in the world do you think you intellectually 'get away with it' when you do so?
You must omit most of the Word's of the Bible because they expose your religion as from man and not from God. You are left to just spew words out of the imagination of your own mind because the scriptures explain themselves, and they condemn your preaching.

This is not my fault that you are more interested in men's preaching and religious traditions, than actually letting the Word which became Flesh direct your thinking.

Why don't you actually read the post and tell me where the scriptures prove they are wrong. But the only way you can do that is to cherry pick one verse somewhere, and claim this one verse destroys the rest of the Word's of God.

Maybe you are right. Maybe you have found a verse which beats up all other scriptures in the bible. But I don't believe it.

surely i'm not the only one seeing the blatant contradiction here..
Did the Word which became Flesh promise in the Law and Prophets to change the Priesthood? Only a fool and a liar would say He didn't.

So if the Word which became Flesh promised in the Law and Prophets to "change" God's Priesthood, how is doing what He promised to do removing one Jot or Tittle?

Here it is in the law:

Pretty straight forward. He's plainly telling them to not show favoritism. Tell us again how is this James not telling the church to keep the law to not show favoritism?

Are you afraid that if you acknowledge that believers must keep the law to not show favoritism that it means believers must literally keep all of the law? If so, no, it doesn't mean that.

Just because we now have to approach God in worship in the new and better way of faith in Christ instead of the old way of Feasts and Sabbaths doesn't mean the entire law is now not to be kept by believers. We know this from the simple fact that James says "believers...must not show favoritism". That's Leviticus 19:15. That's keeping the law. You probably did not know this because the church does not know the law very well because they have been incorrectly taught that anything 'law' is evil and should be avoided because that would be you trying to earn your own salvation.
I guess lev 19 is the whole law folks. James taught the whole law because he made this one point.

I guess my fears about the way Ralph may be taught may be correct. He was taught that 2 + 2 = 4 so he knows all the math additions tables.

What ralph does not understand is that was James spoke of was NOT about the law. But about a probem which was going on in the church (people CLAIMING to be SAVED bUT faith but LIVING like the WORLD. )

Hebrews 10:16, "This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, says YHWH: I will put My Law into their hearts, and in their minds I will write them.”
"This is the covenant that I will make with them in the days to come, says the Lord: I will put my laws in their hearts and write them on their minds." (Heb 10:16)
This is the New Covenant and the Law of Love.

And then he says, "I will not remember their sins and evil deeds any longer." (Heb 10:17)
Our sins have been forgotten.

So when these have been forgiven, an offering to take away sins is no longer needed. (Heb 10:18)
Not only have our sins been forgotten, all those who kneel at the feet of Jesus are personally forgiven.

Those who refuse to come to Jesus in faith repenting of their sins remain under the condemnation of Old Covenant Law.

Much of what you say I agree with, except the Law of love, also called the Law of liberty is the same Law but it mediated by Yahshua the High Priest not levites;

For Yahshua said nothing will pass from the Law;

Mat 5:18, "I say to you; Unless heaven and earth passes away, one yodh; the smallest of the letters will in no way pass from the Law, until all things are perfected."

Revelation 21:1, "I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away."

and it is indeed love:

1 John 5:2-3, "By this we know that we love the children of Yah, when we love Yah and guard His commands. For this is the love for Yah, that we guard His commands, and His commands are not heavy."

what Commands? The ones Yahshua said will never change?

yes;

1 Yahanan /John 2:3-7, “And by this we know that we know Him, if we guard His commands. The one who says, “I know Him,” and does not guard His commands, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. But whoever guards His Word, truly the love of Yah has been perfected in him. By this we know that we are in Him. The one who says he stays in Him ought himself also to walk, even as He walked. Beloved, I write no fresh command to you, but an old command which you have had from the beginning. The old command is the Word which you heard from the beginning.”

and the Law of liberty has some of the 10 mentioned:

James 2:8-12, “If you truly accomplish the sovereign Law according to the Scripture, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself, (Lev 19:18) you do well, but if you show partiality, you commit sin, being found guilty by the Law as transgressors. For whoever shall guard all the Law, and yet stumble in one point, he is guilty of all. For He who said, “Do not commit adultery,” (Exo 20:14) also said, “Do not murder.” (Exo 20:13) Now if you do not commit adultery, but you do murder, you have become a transgressor of Law. So speak and so do as those who are to be judged by the Law of liberty.”

however evil forces seek to change it in the moinds of the people;

Daniyl 7:25, "And he will speak great words against YHWH, and will wear out; mentally attack to cause to fall away, the saints of YHWH, and think to change times and Laws…"

(Mat 5:18 KJV)

i. Jesus fulfilled the doctrinal teachings of the law in that He brought full revelation.
ii. Jesus fulfilled the predictive prophecy of the law in that He is the Promised One, showing the reality behind the shadows.
iii. Jesus fulfilled the ethical precepts of the law in that He fully obeyed them and He reinterpreted them in their truth.

Those who subject themselves to the Lord Jesus are made perfect in Him who made our sins as white as snow.

Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool. (Isa 1:18 KJV)

ALso "all things" have not YET been fulfilled, there are still many prophecies about the return of the MEssiah that have not YET been fulfilled... I will post a taste of this in the next post, dont want to post too much, many here accuse to posting too long as if it somehow nullieifes the word.

Fulfilled already
John 19:30, “So when

Fulfilled already- To be fulfilled in the future

1. Passover/First-fruits – Yahshua's Sacrifice(Passover), burial and resurrection (First Fruits – presenting Himself to YHWH)
2. Feast of Unleavened Bread – Removal of sin by Yahshua's perfect work as the Passover Sacrifice
3. Feast of Weeks – The blessing Holy Spirit of YHWH, coming into our lives stronger than ever

4. Feast of Trumpets – Yahshua's return and gathering of the Saints
5. Day of Atonement – Yahshua leads the army of YHWH to destroy evil rulers of this world and satan is chained for 1,000 years
6. Feast of Tabernacles – Yahshua dwells on earth for 1,000 years teaching truth and righteousness
7. The Last Great Day – satan is loosed and swiftly destroyed, the Kingdom of YHWH reigns forever

To be fulfilled in the future
Revelation 21:4-8, “And Yah shall wipe away every tear from their eyes, and there shall be no more death, nor mourning, nor crying. And there shall be no more pain, for the former matters have passed away. And He who was sitting on the throne said, “See, I make all matters new.” And He said to me, “Write, for these words are true and trustworthy. And He said to me, “It is done! I am the ‘Aleph’ and the ‘Taw’, the Beginning and the End. To the one who thirsts I shall give of the fountain of the water of life without payment. The one who overcomes shall inherit all this, and I shall be his Strength and he shall be My son. But as for the cowardly, and untrustworthy, and abominable, and murderers, and those who whore, and drug sorcerers, and idolaters, and all the false, their part is in the lake which burns with fire and sulphur, which is the second death.”

If you wait for a New Heaven and a New Earth it will be too late. We need to come to Jesus in our lifetime, Now.

He made it possible by fulfilling what is written in the law (the OT), regarding Him and His salvation that was fulfilled on the cross.

YOu are making false claims.

He said;

Mat 5:18, "I say to you; Unless heaven and earth passes away, one yodh; the smallest of the letters will in no way pass from the Law, until all things are perfected."

Revelation 21:1, "I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away."

then you claim "I don't accept Jesus"

This is non-sense.

Also all of the "ot" prophecies are not yet fulfilled as I showed a hint of in my prior post, so its about hearing His words not ignoring them and making up your own religion. Maybe you should look in the mirror concerning your false comments against me?

The following cut and paste is from one of the sources of this prophecy. There is one part of this that is not included most times when itis quoted from its reverence in the New testament. I will highlight the part in red, and if you or anyone has understanding it, by alll means please explain it to me, for I cannot see as how the entire prophecy has been fulfilled......what am I missing here?

Jer 31:33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.
Jer 31:34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.

Hebrews 10:16, "This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, says YHWH: I will put My Law into their hearts, and in their minds I will write them.”

This is Hiz BTW, I love you man, the Word really matters to you, through the years speaking with you I have taken notice of this.

I beleive it is because this verse 34, is speaking of "New Jerusalem" (YHWH shammah)

Ezekiyl 48:35, "“All around: eighteen thousand cubits. And the name of the city from that day is: יהוה is there!” (In Hebrew: יהוה Shammah)

Revelation 21:3-4, "And I heard a great voice out of heaven, saying: Behold, the tabernacle of YHWH is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they will be His people, and YHWH Himself will be with them, and be their Father. And YHWH will wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there will be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, nor will there be any more pain, for the former things have passed away.”

I think this is shown to be a fact if we read a few more verses with the above thought, (that the Kingdom will be built) in mind:

Jeremiah 31:38-40,38 “See, the days are coming,” declares יהוה, “that the city shall be built for יהוה from the Tower of Ḥanan’ĕl to the Corner Gate."39 “And the measuring line shall again extend straight ahead to the hill Garĕḇ, then it shall turn toward Go‛ah."40 “And all the valley of the dead bodies (
Revelation 19:17-21, Ezekiel 39:17-19) and of the ashes (Mal 4:1-4), and all the fields as far as the wadi Qiḏron, to the corner of the Horse Gate toward the east, is to be set-apart to יהוה. It shall not be plucked up or thrown down any more forever.”

There are more puzzle pieces, but these are the main ones I beleive He has put upon me at this moment.

praiseYah brother may we walk in His path!

Thank you for trying to get me to understand.......I will wait more. The thought that it applies to New Jerusalme is very right sounding to me. My biggest problem Book of the Word is Ezekiel, and also I wait on that understanding

. I do read Ezekiel fully from time to time, but it may take util His Day for me, but in the meantime, I trust Yah in Yeshua.. All blessings in Adoneinu......amen..

Psalm 134:1-3, “Come, bless יהוה, All you servants of יהוה, Who are standing in the House of יהוה by night! Lift up your hands in the set-apart place, And bless יהוה.. .יהוה, Maker of the heavens and earth, Does bless you from Tsiyon!”

Proverbs 20:24, “The steps of a man are from יהוה; What does a man know about his own way?”

Psalm 32:8 “I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my eye upon you."

Hosea 6:3, “So let us know, let us pursue to know יהוה. His going forth is as certain as the morning, and He comes to us like the rain, like the latter rain watering the earth.”

may it be so! praiseYah!
