I compared the KJV text from https://openbible.com/xls/bibles.xlsx ('target' text) to the KJV text I am using on my website ('source' [reference] text) and came up with the following:

The target text contains the non-scripture-verse "headings" that are present above many of the Psalms whereas the source text does not.

e.g. - "To the chief Musician...", "A Psalm of David.", "A Song of degrees."

The target text contains the 'section' headings of Psalm 119 whereas the source text does not.

e.g. - "ALEPH.", "BETH.", "GIMEL."

The source text contains 227 cases of italicized punctuation marks being-italicized-or-not differently than the target text.

"The jury is still out on that."

(I still have to look into that more.)

108 cases where the 's' in "LORD's" is lowercase in the source text and uppercase in the target text.

1 case where "LORD" is all-uppercase in the source text and 'Lord' in the target text. (Psalm 90:1)

650 cases of names in the source text containing hyphens and the target text does not. (249 different names)

88 cases where some form of 'enquire' in the source text uses the same form of 'inquire' in the target text.

(Enquire, enquire, enquired, enquirest, enquiry) versus (Inquire, inquire, inquired, inquirest, inquiry)

35 cases where some form of 'counsellor' in the source text uses the same form of 'counseller' in the target text.

Good work! It would be really nice if the openbible.com data had some version information regarding the precise version of the Bible data it has (i.e. which KJV precisely).

This is also interesting, why many Bible translations include the headings in Psalm 119 (but not all):
