By saying the gifts came in other ways than through an Apostle's hands or through the two outpourings.
you are trying to flip the scriptures no one said that the truth be known all is through the Holy Spirit ONE way. Who HE the Holy Spirit uses is UP to HIM. You do not control HIS working .

Tongues and healing and miracles are all part of the gifts. They raised the dead. Healed twisted limbs, and worked many miracles to be seen. Nothing like that today.
Maybe nothing like that with you and your assertion to be all knowing and all present. I have been on 6 of the seven continents over 20 counties and I have seen much. I speak 4 languages, YET my witness here is only what I say. SO I can say too, you cannot prove that it does not happen either. Your argument is unfounded and illogical. SO let stay with the word of God and the context of what we have. You will not accept our proof anyway so be honest Ok. Deal with the word of God and what I have provided and others.

2:1-4, Acts 4:28-31, Acts 8:15-17, Acts 10:44 and Acts 19:6.

God distributed the Gifts through the Apostle's hands. And the two outpourings. You add to scripture when you go beyond this.
Please consider what the following scriptures say the individual's received. It was the Holy Ghost, not Spiritual gifts:

"And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues. Acts 2:1-4

Acts 2:38 - Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

Acts 19:6 - And when Paul had laid [his] hands upon them, the Holy Ghost came on them; and they spake with tongues, and prophesied.

Acts 8:15 - Who (Peter & John), when they were come down, prayed for them, that they might receive the Holy Ghost

Apostle Peter stated: "Can any man forbid water, that these should not be baptized, which have received the Holy Ghost as well as we? Acts 10:47

Luke 11:13 - If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall [your] heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?

Tongues and Prophecy were the words of the New Covenant. When scripture came about it replaced them.
I would add. Tongues as prophecy. Not so much and prophecy. No division

It is the sign against those who believe not prophecy but are trusting in the oral tradition of men that make the word of God without effect. They fall backward as a sign of being slain in the Spirit. . Yet for all that they still refuse to beleive prophecy the tongue of God.

The foundation of the law below is in found Isaiah 28.

In the law it is written, With men of other tongues and other lips will I speak unto this people; and yet for all that will they not hear me, saith the Lord. Wherefore tongues are for a sign, not to them that believe, but to them that believe not: but prophesying serveth not for them that believe not, but for them which believe. 1Corithians 14:22-23

This video is nothing more than a scoffing mockery. To attack one who was a professing christian and no longer here make you more spiritual and authoritative in the word of God? It does not.
I think the video makes some valid points that need addressed.
And Humour is good for you. It's good for people to have a laugh at themselves.

All believers in the New Covenant era have the gift of the Holy Spirit. But only few had the Baptism. It came through the two outpourings and then through a apostle's hands. It was a sign of Apostleship according to Hebrews 2:4.
“God also bearing them witness, both with signs and wonders, and with divers miracles, and gifts of the Holy Ghost, according to his own will?” Hebrews 2:4 (KJV 1900)

Your flow chart is not the end of the Holy Sprit working in the life of the believer today. You must take what is Written.

The Holy Spirit Is God Gen 1
The Holy Sprit is in us and with us always John 14 to 16 chapters
The Holy Spirit empower us to be a witness Acts 1: 8
The Holy Spirit leads us guides us into all truth
The Holy Sprit corrects, convicts the world of sin
The Holy Spirit is the one whom distributes spiritual gifts 1 Cor 12 to 14 chapters.
The Holy Spirit is eternal, The Holy Spirit inspired the word of God spoken through men in both Old and New Testament s.

He can today be grieved, quenched, and yes even blasphemed.
The Holy Sprit can be disobeyed and lied to, and rejected. All can be done today and continue to be done.

The chart shows what you can say and believe about the Holy Spirit and gifts in Acts. You can have faith in this since it is rooted in scripture. Anything else is sinful speculation without scripture support.

there was much scriptural support and it is not sinful speculation.
