Each situation is different and requires a particular approach.......we cannot just walk up and cram it down their throat.....Jesus always allowed the situation to arise and then addressed it....Like the woman at the well........He asked for a cup of water and the rest is history......
I think the best way to do it would be as the Lord Jesus and the early Church did it!
Mark 6v12,13 (with Matt 4v17): "And they went out, and preached that men should repent ("Repent for the kingdom of heaven is at hand"). And they cast out many devils, and anointed with oil many that were sick, and healed them."

When I was in the Rockies sharing the Word and someone would greet me I would say, "Praise God, He is worthy, not we." That either got them or sent them away..
Pray! If God means for you to plant the seed or water what is already planted,He will guide you! Jesus said He would give us the words to speak. Blessings on your work! I am praying also for those who are able to get out among the world and share Jesus!

If your rehearsing for street preaching then your wasting your time. If you desire to preach then all you need to do is make yourself available. God (if it's his will for you) will do the rest.
